Welcome to a home designed for multiple families, larger groups, and retreats! This home features a beautiful chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a main level and basement living area, and great kids space over the garage. There is plentiful outdoor entertaining space on the tiered deck and outdoor fire pit overlooking the lake, and a stone pathway that connects to a sidewalk leading down to a double slip dock. The space
This home sleeps a total of 22 guests, all in beds- we do not count couches or air mattresses as beds at this home! The layout of the house supports multiple families or larger groups, with several larger open areas perfect for kids and adults. There is a total of 7 bedrooms, 1 bunkroom, and 1 open flexroom that can all be used for guests to sleep in.

Main level:
- Master bedroom: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk in closet
- Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom
- Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom

Basement:
- Second master bedroom: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk in closet
- Guest bedroom: king bed, shared bathroom
- Bunk room: two sets of bunk beds (4 total twin beds), shared bathroom

Second floor:
- Flex room: two twin sized daybeds (a total of four beds), shared bathroom. *please note: this room does not have a door, and is open to the rest of the second floor.
- Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom
- Guest bedroom: king bed, private bathroom

Amenities:
This property has its own two slip dock in year round water- guests are welcome to bring their own boat (and launch at Duncan Bridge Marina, approximately ten minutes away by road) or to rent a boat locally and tie off on the dock.

The property also offers the following:

- Water slide located on the dock (please note- the slide will be winterized and unavailable for guest use when temperatures are below freezing!)
- Game table in the basement rec room that can turn into a pool table, dining room table, and ping pong table
- Gas grill attached to the house propane line
- Extensive outdoor entertaining spaces across four different porches and decks (screened porch on main, stone patio in basement, second stone patio with fire pit, wood sunbathing deck)
- Kayaks (4 total) and Lilypad
- Life jackets (1-2 in each size will be provided)
- A pack and play and highchair for guests with younger children
- Reading area upstairs with a small library to choose from
- Arcade game table in the upstairs flex room
- Fully stocked kitchen with all basic kitchen appliances provided

Additionally, thanks to its location in the town of Arley, there are grocery stores and casual restaurants all located within 10-15 minutes from the home.

Other things to note:
We offer high speed internet for guests, which is generally able to support streaming, web browsing, and video calls.

Additionally, our property only has space for parking for six vehicles. Please plan accordingly!
