Perfect location near all of the restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Big open living space, huge bathroom, comfortable bed. Easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Looking forward to coming back!

The host was great and had amazing communication. There are so many dog friendly places around, as well. I would highly recommend recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great location if want to take advantage of the Riverwalk and downtown Wilmington. We had a great long weekend, and the accommodations were what we expected. So many good restaurant and bar options within minutes of walking.

Cute condo in a great location. We were traveling with our pup, and it's always a treat to stay in such a nice place with him. We loved having the cocktail bar directly across the street and enjoyed restaurants up and down the riverfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great property, convenient to everything downtown! Parking (provided with a parking pass) is a couple of blocks away, but you can unload at the building. We didn’t mind since we were walking around anyways. There are a few great restaurants and bars within a block. Would absolutely stay again!

Very nice good location, if you have two cars parking is very expensive During my stay there dogs

the people nex door had dogs that kelp barking, other than that my stay was great

This booking was great for our trip to Wilmington. Beautiful views from the balcony and convenient to everything we planned to do. The only downside was the parking. It was about an 8-minute walk to a parking deck in downtown Wilmington. We decided to park on streets nearby rental instead and feed the meter. It was much more convenient by doing this.
