Perched on the 16th floor, this fully renovated corner unit is a showstopper — floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around balcony deliver panoramic Gulf views stretching from Marco Island to Crescent Beach. Watch the sunset from one balcony, then greet sunrise from the other.
Freshly renovated with wood-grain tile, a brand-new kitchen, and a walk-in shower master suite, this 2BR/2BA condo blends coastal elegance with everyday comfort. The king master and queen second bedroom both have flat-screen TVs, and a gel-foam sleeper chair adds extra sleeping space. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart are provided for the short walk to the sand — with world-class shelling right at the water's edge.
South Seas Club amenities include a resort-style heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, boat docks, and 24-hour gated security. Steps from top local dining like Joey's Pizza and Verdi's American Bistro, with the Everglades, Ten Thousand Islands, and Key West day trips all nearby.

Had such a great mom & daughter vacation here the condo was beautiful and the grounds also . We loved Tracey the pool attendant she was so helpful and amazing we will miss her Jeff & Francine were so easy to work with and made my first VRBO booking awesome! Highly recommend

Beautiful corner condo. The ocean view was gorgeous every day. We had great weather and saw a lot of Florida wildlife. All beach items are in the owners closet which made travel super easy. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns. Thank you for opening up your property. perfect honeymoon

This was a beautiful place to stay with incredible views! Condo was well stocked and the amenities were wonderful. Felt very secure with the gated entry that was always staffed. Beach equipment was very handy and the wagon made the trip down to the beach relatively easy. Does take 1/2 miles to the beach from the unit but well worth it for a quiet beach! Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect ,. Walked to Doreens cup of joe a few mornings and next door to Joeys for dinner- which I highly recommend both . The pool was great and quiet - I did not get the lady's name who maintains the pool- but she was great - and a wealth of knowledge on things to do or see . The one thing my husband liked was the security for all 4 bldgs- from the gates to all the doors being locked. Beds were comfortable and everything was stocked. went and bought suntan lotion and a few other things - but after opening some cabinets they already those things . So look first , It was a little longer of a walk to the beach then we are used to - but it was a nice walk-but we knew that when renting the condo - we loved the view and sat outside on the balcony alot . another perk was - we got to leave food if food was unopened - we just had a few things but always hate to throw that out. People at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful place, but bring BUG SPRAY the mosquitos are very bad, you also need keys for every door, even to get to the beach which is kinda a pain in the butt. The beach is very rough on feet so wear sneakers. But the place itself had a beautiful view and everything we needed. Nothing bad to say about the actual space.

We had such an amazing stay at this beachfront condo—it was absolutely perfect for our family of four! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully set up to make our trip easy and relaxing. They truly thought of everything for the beach—towels, a wagon, chairs, a cooler, and even an umbrella—which made our daily walks to the shore effortless and fun.The condo itself felt very safe and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants, making evenings just as enjoyable as our beach days.This place made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Loved the balconies. Beach isn't a far walk and some restaurants are also in walking distance. Jeff was very quick to reply to any questions I had and quick to act. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo that we stayed in was top notch, our owners have done a great job on the unit. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. We will for sure go back, we felt very safe and comfortable. We went fishing twice with Captain Shaun from Florida Boys Charters and it was amazing. We ate at The Oyster Society, Cocomos Restraunt twice, Pinchers, and CJ’s on the bay, all of those places are so delicious with great service. The beach is a bit of a walk, but the unit comes with a wagon and chairs so it was not an issue getting there with everything we needed.I was a little concerned about not having a washer/ dryer in the unit, but it could not have worked out better. The laundry room is extremely clean and was empty every time I needed it and I was able to wash and dry 2 loads at a time, we are only leaving with a small suitcase of dirty laundry.Our only less than perfect situation was when using the pool. We have 3 boys 14 years and younger who wanted to play in the water. The community members basically want you to just tread water or stand in the water. We and other families/adults were getting reprimanded left and right for having fun. No balls of any type are allowed inside or outside of the pool. You are not allowed to jump responsibly into the pool.
