The bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh linens, and the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.

Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.
