KING TIDE LOOKOUT at Seaside Beach: The beach is calling! Come and enjoy family gatherings on the  Oregon Coast or just a weekend getaway! This home is just one house back from the Prom, and a short walk to Downtown Seaside. Take in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the home, where you can watch the king tides in the winter and sunsets in the summer. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool nights. The large deck is great for taking in the sites and time with family and friends. There is a second living room space off the bunk room, with a kitchenette. Great for multigenerational families. 2785 sq feet single family home, sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As a brand new addition, enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard!

Hot tub coming soon! - We are in the process of adding a hot tub to the property. While we do not have a guaranteed installation date set, we are estimating it will be ready by July. Please feel free to reach out with questions about the tub.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old

Occupancy: 9 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
