Drove 7 hours from fairbanks for a weekend reset in anchorage and the apt had boiler issues making a drilling kind of sound which was annoying frustrating and concerning. Had to cancel and look for a last minute hotel accommodation.

While we respect all guest feedback, we believe it’s also important to note that we responded promptly and ensured you were not financially impacted by the situation.
