Freshly renovated fully furnished 2 bedroom downstairs unit with 2 queen beds, and a full size hide a bed couch, full bathroom, fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, laundry in the unit, and separate entrance. Pack 'n Play can be provided.
Perfect location to get to Costco, Walmart, 5 min drive to the Airport.

Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.

All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.

It is very close to airport if your flight comes in late. The unit is clean and quiet. It is downstairs but there were no noise issues. It is in a neighborhood that maybe doesn’t look the greatest anymore, but it was very quiet and we had no issues. We didn’t try any places to eat nearby but there are some nice places in Anchorage. They get busy!

We were two couples staying one night. Overall experience was good and the host responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in was simple. The only minor issue we had was warming up the place. The heating system is a boiler system so it takes some time to heat up. With help from the host we were able to warm it up and all was good.

The stay was good. It has all the things you need so you don't have to buy a bunch of stuff. If your staying in the winter, it gets pretty cold down there but other then that it was good.

Drove 7 hours from fairbanks for a weekend reset in anchorage and the apt had boiler issues making a drilling kind of sound which was annoying frustrating and concerning. Had to cancel and look for a last minute hotel accommodation.

While rare, unexpected maintenance issues can occur, and in this case the boiler developed a sudden problem that required immediate attention. As soon as we were notified, we issued a full refund so that you were not charged for a stay that did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to make last-minute alternative arrangements, and we regret the disruption to your plans. The issue has since been fully resolved. While we respect all guest feedback, we believe it’s also important to note that we responded promptly and ensured you were not financially impacted by the situation. We gave you a full refund and apologized for that.

This was a great location for our stay. The host had great communication. The house was clean and comfortable. They upgraded us to an upstairs floor since it was available for our night there which was very kind. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
