This fully renovated 1917 home has been designed with modern luxury and amenities that we would expect at any high end hotel. Each space has been carefully designed with comfort for our guests with both indoor and outdoor spaces. High speed internet, WiFi, and Smart TVs provide indoor comfort. The outdoor spaces have been perfectly designed with a one of a kind firepit, outdoor hanging daybeds, outdoor dining as well as grilling on our smoker/gas grill. Ideal location next to The Plaza .

Luxury and comfort are what we have created in The Oliver. Each space has been uniquely designed for you. The large kitchen is complete with high end appliances including gas stove and oven and microwave to cook your own meals. We also provide a Cuisinart K-Cup coffee maker with extra coffee, tea, individualized creamer, sugar and sweetener to enjoy to your liking. The Oliver also has an iWave air purifier system which breaks down pollutants and removes viruses, bacteria and mold. This system helps clean the air in the living space and creates a healthy environment.

The living room has comfortable sitting areas with a brand new smartTV with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, HBOMax and Disney+.

In the bedrooms, we have invested in the best mattresses and bedding so our guests can get a good night’s rest with the best comfort. These bedrooms also have smart TVs with the same streaming network access.

The outdoor spaces are our favorites in The Oliver with plenty of areas to lounge, relax, cook and dine together.

We have made a tremendous investment in designing and creating a vacation home with every amenity you will need to enjoy some time away from your own home. We hope you love The Oliver as much as we do.

This corner lot home has a large yard with a white picket fence. All areas of the home are able to be accessed including a large covered front porch and side porch with custom hanging daybeds. This is the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening drink. The side yard has a one of a kind hanging cauldron fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs where you can spend evening making s’mores and enjoying the company of family and friends. The outdoor backyard area off the kitchen has a large gas grill/smoker combo and a dining table with bistro style hanging lights. There is even a one car garage with garage code access if you would like to keep your vehicle inside.

Our host Gina is available via the AirBNb site, text, phone or email. We strive for a five star experience for all of our guests, and we want your stay to be relaxing and stress free.

The Oliver is walking distance to The Plaza district in OKC and Oklahoma City University. We are located in the historic Gatewood neighborhood of Oklahoma City. It is also a short distance to The Asian District, Uptown, The Paseo, and centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in this walkable neighborhood. Because The Oliver is centrally located, any area in Oklahoma City is a short distance away.
