Also, minutes from the University of Vermont, as well as Battery Park, which allows for breathtaking views of lake, Champlain. 1 parking space included in our driveway, along with plenty of street parking.

Cute apartment for two in a convenient location. Easy check-in/out. It was hot in Burlington when we were there and we appreciated the AC in the bedroom. The offstreet parking makes things easy and we could walk to most places in town. Recommend Taco Gordo, Barrio Bakery and Jakes One grocery nearby. Our daughter lives in Burlington and we will stay here again.

We had a great stay in Burlington! The location was great, easy to get around by foot or car, with convenient access to the lake for beautiful sunsets. Parking was easy, and the space was clean and comfortable for two adults and one teenager in town for a college tour. We are big cooks when we stay at VRBOs so when we made a few suggestions to the owner for some additional kitchen tools the owner was very receptive and appreciative. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property as advertised, great for a couple staying for an extended visit. Very close and walkable to downtown and the waterfront. Good communication.

The apartment was just as described. There was convenient off street parking and the location was in walking distance of Church Street Market, the waterfront and the ethnically diverse restaurants of the Old North End. The only time we used our car was to go to North Beach Park. We appreciated that the owners provided the things that make you feel at home - coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner….

The property itself was as described and close to downtown and popular sights/venues. Communication with the host was poor. Did not get check-in instructions before arriving and I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support before finally receiving entry details, at which time it was 2 hours past the posted check-in time. I was told check-out instructions would be provided prior to leaving but nothing was received and I never received any reply from the host after I messaged them for any instructions.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a perfect location near downtown Burlington! Everything was as described and we appreciated the special touches that made us feel at home. It was perfect for my son and I to stay while we attended UVM’s open house.

Sweet spot in great location

Loved this place and how close it is to Church Street and all the things you want to go in Burlington. Clean and well-appointed for a short or longer term stay. Host was responsive and helpful.
