5 Star Luxury Condo with Awesome Ocean View!

Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is managed by Chris and Victoria. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

Before every new arrival we will do a deep cleaning, sanitizing all the areas in the condo. We offer maid service once a week during your stay during which our housekeeper Martina will be using gloves and a mask.

Our housekeeper will clean only ONE condo per day. In this way we decrease the amount of contact with other guests in the building. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

About Us: This beautiful condo is managed by Victoria Jackson and Chris Crew. We live in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and pride ourselves on attention to detail.
Our company, Cozumel Habitats also offers optional Concierge Services such as:

Grocery Shopping
Arranging Water Sport Activates such as SCUBA and Snorkeling trips
Maid and Cook services during your stay
Arrival and Departure Assistance
Rental Car Assistance

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Great place to stay

This is our third year diving in Cozumel. This condo has a Great View. Great Location. We will certainly by back. Exactly as represented. We had absolutely no issues, but if we did the management is immediately and readily accessible. We highly recommend. 5 star for sure.

Home away from home!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning, the decor is lovely, and everything we needed was provided! We appreciated all the thought that went into making sure all the things we would need (and may have forgotten to pack) were there for us! The condo was clean and clutter free... everything had a place and that organization made life easier while we were there! We had one minor issue (our fault) and the response time was head spinning! No sooner did I send off a message was someone at the door to fix it. Being right across the street from a pier for dive pick-up made this the ideal location for us! Loved that there was a fresh-water wash tank on site to clean our gear too. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked across the street most days to eat breakfast and then later for drinks and dinner at Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very large and well maintained with plenty of chairs and covered areas. We will be back to this condo in the future.

Cozumel - Palmar

Property was outstanding. Staff were amazing - super friendly. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, that being said the weather was terrible everywhere in the world that week, so what can you do. The property was that much more appreciated because of this as we had terrific shelter, the condo was very well maintained (albeit with a great tv/cable package), great laundry facilities, strong/stable WiFi, kitchen super well supplied with everything we needed to weather the storm. When the sun broke out, the pool was first rate and lots of bars, restaurants within walking distance. Owners were awesome, locals welcoming. We would come back again without question - Chris and Victoria - thanks so much for having us as guests. We had a great week regardless of the weather, Cozumel is a lovely place. Loved the property!! Again - Thank You!!

Great condo in a convenient location

This property is large and comfortable in a building with nice amenities and located close to everything. The hosts couldn't be nicer and communication with them was easy. Everything about this stay was spot on, from arrival instructions to the welcome basket, to beer in the fridge and a very clean condo. The kitchen is well stocked, there are beach towels, a washer dryer and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay. Easy parking and access to the unit. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cozumel.

Excellent view, beautiful space, soooo clean! Had every amenities we needed, pots , pans, Tupperware etc our favorite restaurant was sorrisi! Definitely do the atv excursion and el cielo boat tour!! Amazing. Playa Cosmic restaurant down the road was amazing too

A Wonderful Wonderful Place to Stay

Great condo - new, quality finishes, bright clean clean, spacious and very well maintained. Plus Chris and Victoria are wonderful hosts. They are very attentive to all the details and most helpful with any requests. The view is amazing - we loved watching the cruise ships come and go from the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped. More pros were tap water is filtered, water dispenser and water for it are provided, great TV set up with US channels, WiFi spot on, cleaning every 4 days, grounds and pool are beautifully maintained, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, nice location and even has easy access to some snorkeling across the street. Guess If I were to try and find a fault - the gym machines could have been better maintained and had more free weight sizes. Highly recommend staying here and thank-you to Chris and Victoria for being most wonderful hosts.

AMAZING!!!!

The condo was beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more. It was clean and beautifully decorated! It was fully furnished with everything down to water/sand toys and snorkel gear. The snorkeling across the street was amazing and free. Tour boats actually brought people there. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We felt very safe and comfortable. Chris was very prompt to respond to any concern we had!!! Would love to come again.

Great condo!

We were very impressed with this property. The photos were accurate—it has great views and was well supplied with kitchen items. We were able to cook, hangout on the balcony, etc. Beds were comfortable enough, AC worked fine. The location was great for getting to the ocean and snorkeling. There were also some restaurants/bars close by with entertainment. We drove into town and took taxis also. The only negative is that the hot tub by the pool wasn’t heated. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

All I can say is WOW!

My family (pre-COVID) have traveled all over the world, so we are quite experienced travelers / renters. We have stayed in many different places and I will say this condo is in the top 5 of all the places we have stayed. The condo is exceptionally clean, great layout, excellent view and wonderful balcony. The condo was nicely stocked with items I would have never thought of. I mean, they even stocked Q-Tips in the bathroom! The condo is close to everything you need. We rented a car to explore the island, but one is not really needed. The salt-water pool is very nice and you feel "clean" when you get out. The beds are comfortable, showers roomy and the couch is also comfy (especially when watching Netflix). Chris and Victoria are wonderful. The helped us out a few times, like scheduling our pre-flight COVID tests & recommending places to eat as well a great SCUBA diving operator. All in all, it was a perfect trip for our family of 3. We will be back. If I could give this condo 6-stars, I would.

Property was in a perfect location to town ,water ad restaurants. Views were million dollar. Property mangers were excellent and the place was clean and well furnished .

Fabulous condo

This is the third time staying at Palmar condos and I will continue to rebook. The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful and huge! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the island wake up and also watched quite a few gorgeous sunsets. Property management is so helpful and also recommended some great restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.
