BEACH STUDIO 227 with a pool and beach backyard - Is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa bed, with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of Fifth)

The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass provided with your stay.

Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 7 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Point Pier and Miami Beach Marina, building is situated beachfront on one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. We enjoyed being right on the beach with the beach walkway just beyond the pool in back. A very convenient location which allowed us to walk to get meals or check out the area. Thank you!

Very clean, great location right on the beach and close to the heart of Ocean Drive. Quiet building, nice pool. Good communication with owner. My only suggestion would be to add in the description that there is no on-site parking. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great communication. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere from this location. Plenty of walkable areas to see and explore and plenty of food options along Ocean Drive! Easy Beach access with chairs and umbrella made for a great beach day!

This is a great small room if you’re planning to be out all the time. Location was terrific. In street parking was easy. Owners were terrific.

This is a cozy studio space with just what 2 people need. Amazing access to beach and with a nice pool. Close to so many things in south beach, we had a wonderful stay and our hosts were very helpful and responsive, thank you!

Excellent location, easy access, decent pool, very good beach access, coffee machine is a bit tricky to operate. Value for money is always a matter of opinion, and it is South Beach after all. Easy access to cruise port.

A Great Spot

This condo is located right on the beach and very close to bars, restaurants and the nightlife...sunsets were my fav and I enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail out too!PS - Luis (property manager) and Fernando were SUPER!

Anita is super responsive and had plenty of information available for us. The studio apartment is in a fantastic location, only steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and shops The parking situation was made easy by Anita and was a real plus. The studio apartment is small and could use some upgrades, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, if you are planning to be outside most of the time this is an excellent spot to be at a very reasonable cost

Great little studio apartment. Perfect for one to two people. Easy access to the beach. Property managers were easy to get in contact with and responded promptly. I highly recommend this place to stay in South Beach.

I gave it a 3 stars because it was a good value for staying on Ocean Avenue and provided beach service. The building is very dated but the room was nice, clean, great refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and very well stocked for a quick stay. It came with plenty of towels and beach towels. The extra pillow and blankets under couch bed were nice. The free laundry closet is right across hall.The cons are the bed is VERY hard and the pillows were small and flat. Not comfortable at all. There wasn’t an inside lock on the door (hotel lock/dead bolt) and no personal safe.The host and on site host are AMAZING! Great communication and attentive! We would recommend it if you want beach front and value!
