The house and property are clearly well cared for and feels very private and secure. The beach is exceptional and falling asleep and waking up to the sound of surf was incredibly restorative. Plenty of comfortable places to relax and spread out. It worked perfectly for our party of seven. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making remote work easy. Daily housekeeping and laundry. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. One thing... the house is some distance from town and restaurants (which adds to the privacy) but there are no golf carts on the property so you need to plan accordingly.

Wonderful place for family or friends

My wife and I brought our two young daughters and my in-laws for 8 nights at Sunnyside. It was amazing. The house is great and has been recently remodeled. The pictures are all accurate. Camille and Andrew who manage the property did a fantastic job ensuring that every detail was cared for, from transportation throughout to housekeeping to groundskeeping. It was a trip won’t soon forget!

Family vacation at Sunnyside

Our family enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week at Sunnyside. The house is beautiful and right on the pink sands beach. The house is well maintained and cleaners come daily. The hosts, Camille and Andrew, are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Ahead of our stay, they contacted us to book our dinner reservations and golf cart and order groceries to the house. Throughout the weeklong stay, they checked on us and provided advice on things to do and advised on our travel logistics (departure time, taxis). We had an unforgettable trip and hope to return to Sunnyside and Harbour Island again!

Maid service was terrible.

Property needs update Maid service was horrible - towels from the floor were put back on rack to be reused Bathroom shower seal broken - water spilled out when using shower. We used towels on floor to help with the Water spill & those same towels were put back to be used by our family.
