Super Luxurious 2 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6), Fully Equipped, Golf Front!

We are so proud of our deluxe condo in Shipyard Plantation, which is considered by most travelers to be the most scenic plantation on Hilton Head Island. Brigantine Quarters 248 has been beautifully updated and decorated, and is simply stunning! You will not find a nicer place to stay on the Island! Located right on the 6th fairway of the world-renowned Brigantine Shipyard Golf Course, you can watch the golfers play by from the back deck while enjoying your morning coffee! We are 2 blocks from the beautiful beach (thru a private, locked beach gate - and you receive the key!), and Brigantine Quarters has 2 private tennis courts and 2 incredible swimming pools (one heated). Brigantine Quarters is located on a dead-end street, and there is virtually no traffic so it is a safe place for kids to bike or play. We have a great playground for the kids, with a climbing wall, rope ladders, tire swing and sliding board!

The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with all sheets, towels, paper towels, dish scrubbers, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent - everything you need! Our condo features a large living room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans. The huge HD flat-screen TV, with DVD player and hundreds of cable channels is located in the living room. We have a gourmet kitchen with solid surface countertops, tile floor and new cabinets (equipped with all dishes, glasses and cooking implements needed). We have a king-sized master suite with a second flat screen TV privately located up the spiral stairs, and a large tiled en-suite bathroom equipped with garden shower and separate tub, with two sinks. On the main level is the second bedroom, with two twin beds and large closets for clothes and other necessities, also with a flat screen TV. The main bathroom is also ceramic tile with granite countertops, and has a tub/shower combination. A large dining area with glass-top table seats six, and an eat-in bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. We have a full size washer and dryer for keeping your swimsuit and towels fresh!

Our condo features a private deck right on the golf course 6th fairway. This is a great spot to read, relax with a cup of coffee or a cool drink, play games on the outdoor table, or watch (or laugh at) the golfers when they play by. There are six gas grills on the property for your use. The landscaping around Brigantine is breathtaking and characteristically South Carolinian. Within Shipyard Plantation there are over NINE MILES of bike trails, so bring your beach cruiser or simply rent one on the island - bikes are cheap and easily available, and will be waiting for you at the condo when you arrive if you reserve in advance. We often park our car and ride bikes everywhere we go, including to Coligny Circle with all the shops, restaurants and Piggly Wiggly Food Store (a very short ride down a scenic trail).

If you enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, sunbathing, biking, hiking, shopping, beach combing, or simply relaxing - our condo is where you will want to spend your vacation! Hilton Head Island has many wonderful restaurants, a fantastic sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and wide, expansive hard-packed sand beaches that are excellent for jogging, walking or bike riding. We often ride our bikes on the beach all the way to the tip of the island at South Beach to eat at the Salty Dog Cafe, and then ride back thru Sea Pines to the condo. Bring your laptop - we have free WIFI at the condo, and free long-distance phone service anywhere in the U.S!

We consider ourselves blessed to own beach property - especially a condo as beautiful as this one! When we think about a vacation (or our adult children and their families as well), we always want to go to Hilton Head Island, our home-away-from-home. Brigantine Quarters is a very special place, and I'm sure you will want to come back every year for the vacation of a lifetime!

Why Bob Huddleston chose Hilton Head Island

We chose to purchase at Brigantine Quarters because of the great location and the features and amenities of the condo complex. The Management Company that takes care of the property does an excellent job of maintaining and improving the resort. We absolutely love owning this property, and we have received wonderful reports from all of our renters about the great vacations they have experienced at Brigantine Quarters Unit 248. Hilton Head is easy to get to from anywhere and is a six hour drive from East Tennessee where we live.

What makes this townhome unique

Our location in Shipyard Plantation allows the use of the private beach gate, which is for Brigantine Quarters owners and their guests use only. Open the gate, and you are a short two blocks from the incredible, wide beach. We often pull a wagon loaded with towels, chairs and grandkids to the beach. Sometimes we ride our bikes and go on excursions up or down the beach! Our pools are fantastic, the tennis courts are first class, and the gas grills are used by us practically every night - steaks, burgers, shrimp, ribs, fish, etc!! The deck on the rear of the property is a great place to escape and just relax. We love it here!

We so enjoyed our stay back during the July 4th week, 2013. Your place is so beautiful, and the one thing that stood out to me was how clean it was. It is so rare to find units that are as sparkling clean as yours. The management company appears to go to great lengths to clean the units - very impressive how clean. You couldn’t ask form a more suitable location at the end of the street with no through traffic, very quiet and relaxing. We particularly loved the fishing in the lagoon next to the units. We constantly had a friend with us when we fished, a blue heron that we named Kevin after the bird in the movie 'UP'!! The location is so close to Coligny/North Forest Beach area through one of the most convenient beach accesses at a place that I have ever stayed. It’s almost as though you walk through some portal, and boom, your right there a block from the beach on Lagoon Road/Ibis Street. We will come back and stay again!

Fabulous vacation destination

We had a wonderful time. There were five of us, four adults and one teenager. There was plenty to do, both within the resort area and out in the community. We enjoyed using the bike trails and the pool. The beach was very close. The home was spotless and comfortable. Overall, we couldn't have been happier.

Great place to stay for peace and quiet.

Thank you so much for renting your condo to us last month. Anna, Gracie, Will, and I really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The Condo was spacious and welcoming. Hilton Head is our happy place.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years. We have a timeshare unit in the neighboring community but extended our visit this year. This unit was very clean, nicely furnished, very well equipped, with good appliances. It is a great location to get to the beach via the gate key-a real plus to shorten the distance to walk or bike to the beach. We also used the pool and tennis courts that are close enough to the unit. We would definitely come back here again.

Our condo is located 2 blocks from the beach. Exit Brigantine Quarters through the private beach gate, walk two blocks and you are at the most incredible beach ever! Hilton Head beach has been voted as one of the best in the world - you'll see why when you stay with us.
