Brigantine Quarters First Floor 2 sovrum 2 bad Condo

Brigantine Quarters i Shipyard Plantation är en oas i paradiset! Om du letar efter en naturskön parkliknande miljö, de flesta trevligare än nyrenoverade boende, utmärkt tillgång till stranden, är detta en lugn atmosfär med nästan ingen trafik och ett säkert område för barnen att leka det!

Vår villa är en två sovrum, två badrum första våningen villa med utsikt över den stora lagunen, och rymmer upp till 6 personer. Den har en rymlig och nyrenoverat fullt utrustat kök med alla tallrikar / köksredskap / stekpannor / etc, och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i villan (ingen avgift för detta) så att du kan packa en lättare resväska!

Brigantine Quarters ligger i en avskild miljö omgiven av höga ekar och palmer - det är på återvändsgränd av Barcelona Drive, så det finns ingen genomfartstrafik, och är mycket tyst. Vår villa ligger på en lugn lagun och har en täckt veranda - en avkopplande plats att sitta och njuta av den fridfulla miljön, och titta på en gator glider tyst förbi i vattnet!

På grund finns 2 tennisbanor, 2 pooler, en lekplats och 3 rastplatser med 6 gas grill - allt gratis för våra gäster, naturligtvis. Miles och miles av asfalterade cykelvägar är omedelbart tillgängliga att cykla hela ön - en av våra favorit saker att göra - och jag anser att cykeluthyrning ett fynd på omkring $ 30 per vecka, levereras direkt till din dörr!

Shopping, restauranger och underhållning är i närheten på Coligny Plaza, bara 10 minuters promenad eller cykeltur. För golfare, är den pro shop 5 minuter bort inom Shipyard Plantation. Och bäst av allt, är den spektakulära HHI stranden bara tre kvarter bort genom Brigantine Quarters 'privat tillgång grind!

Nice condo

The condo is clean and updated. The location is close to the pools, tennis and pickle ball courts and about 9 minutes walk to the beach. There is a nice lagoon behind the condo with alligators in it. The owner responded quickly when I had questions.

What’s not to Love!

Location is key! This resort is tucked way in the back of Shipyard and is totally serene. One of the best perks is the back gate access to North Forest Beach - easy quick access to beach and Coligney! Unit is great, only downside is they are all timeshares and are in desperate need to brought into 2025 style. Would also recommend putting a queen bed in BR2. Plenty of space, covered back porch, and right across from pool!!

Great location and rental

We were very impressed with the rental. The space was perfect for my wife and two young kids. The beach access was not far away, and the two nearby pools were great. We have stayed in shipyard before, but this was one of the better rentalsnwe have stayed in. Very clean and hospitable. We would definitely look to stay here again if available. Thanks again.

LOVE

This is our 4th yeat at Brigantine Quarters! This unit was a delight! Great location close to both swimming pools and gate to the beach! Unit was clean and owner communicated quickly when needed! We love renting bikes and biking the short distance to the beach and Coligny for an evening shopping and getting ice cream! Also Sweet Als for early morning donuts! The pool is always a huge hit for the grandkids who stayed in a neighbkring unit! Love all the seating and shade available at the pools as well!

Great Location and very quiet

We have stayed in Shipyard for many of our visits but this was the first time staying in Brigantine Quarters. This area of Shipyard is secluded and very quiet. No traffic passing thru. Two pools and a community grill--Weber! The unit was very spacious and had all that we needed. It is first floor with about 5-6 steps to get to the door. Parking is directly in front of the unit so it makes for very easy loading and unloading. Kitchen had all that you would need. The back deck overlooks the lagoon which on my stay housed 5 gators! Fun to watch them float around. You have the option to walk to the beach or take a quick drive to the private area of Shipyard. Would definitely recommend.

Great Week

We love this location. It was a super week and we had all the things we needed for our stay. Communication with owner was great, he was quick to answer all our questions. We would rent from him again.

Enjoyable stay.

Great location in Shipyard Plantation. Condo across from pool. Quiet area. The unit was roomy, comfortable & well equipped. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors walked around their footsteps resounded down. Second week tenants had three small children that jumped & ran around until late at night. Finally had to ask them to hold it down after 3 days of patience. Other than that one problem, we had a very enjoyable vacation.

Great place!

Great stay at Brigantine Unit 280

The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We hope to return in 2018 and rent this same unit.

Great stay

This is my family's 5th trip to hilton head and we love brigatine quarters. It is secluded and very relaxing. We love the pools and easy access to the beach. We can't wait until we go back next summer.
