Amazing private beach-front property available for summer 2025 weekly rentals. Walk out the back door and you are there! The home is located directly on beautiful Chapin Memorial Beach in Dennis, Ma., consistently ranked one of the Cape's best beaches by Boston Magazine.
The house sleeps 8, has two full baths, an outdoor shower, and a ton of charm. Play in the sand, take in the sun, grill- out on the back patio, watch the sunset. It's all right here. You can even work from home over the wifi if that's your thing. If you love the beach, you will love this house! Walking distance to Gina's by the Sea and Chapin's restaurants.
