Newly bought old fashioned home with quite a few updates. Comes with TV's in each room with high speed Wifi @ 300 MBPS. This is a clean space you'll have everything you need on the main level of the house. It has a air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and washer/dryer.
It has a breakfast nook two seat table, as well as a four seat dining room table.
The living room TV is loaded with YouTube TV, HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus and YouTube.
The space
My home is very close to Bowman Lake and Sherman Reservoir. It's only minutes from downtown Main Street which has a cafe, American legion and a bar. I will have information posted on things happening while you're in our town.
Guest access
You will have access to my home through a front door with a code that I will provide you.
Other things to note
If interested, and if I'm available. I also offer my 20-ft pontoon which is in a slip on Sherman Reservoir for rent 65.00 the hour. I am also a retired chef and if you need meals prepared based on my availability I will have a small selection of meals that I can make for you. I live on the lake but, I might grab something from the basement from time to time but will park in the alley.
