Welcome to The Peace Retreat — a beautifully designed private studio suite created for rest, comfort, and quiet in a stunning 1903 mini-mansion and voted winner of the BEST OF 2026 Event Venue Mapleton Fall Creek Awards.

Your stay includes a private suite with ensuite bathroom, thoughtfully prepared to give you a peaceful and restorative experience. The space blends historic charm with modern touches and is meticulously maintained for cleanliness and comfort.

This suite is ideal for traveling professionals, college moms, interns, and traveling nurses who need a calm, safe place to land.

Conveniently located just north of downtown Indianapolis, with free private parking and quick access to the Red Line or a short Uber ride to the airport.

We’ve thought through every detail — including toiletries, light snacks, water, coffee, and a few thoughtful extras to make your stay feel cared for.

This was an ideal place to stay while my kid attended an event at Butler University. The Center was gorgeous and in a very safe area of town. The doors were alarmed at night so I felt even more safe. The room itself was spotless and huge! A great little retreat space for the day! Easy to book, easy to access, and a great location. Within walking of restaurants or a short drive. Will definitely stay again

I stayed for 5 nights in September of 2026. The room was amazing. I could tell a woman was the one setting up the room because everything a woman could need was there. Little things like a fan if you get too hot at night and extra blanket if you get too cold. The facility was centrally located which was exactly what I needed as I was there to explore the area surrounding Indy. I always felt safe and well cared for. And even when there were events being held at the center, I never heard a thing in my room. I would definitely rent there again.

What a wonderful place. Quiet and peaceful! Quick Uber to Butler University. The host is so flexible. I had a 4:30am departure and forgot to text her about turning off the alarms. She responded immediately. I really appreciated that. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my second time staying here and it is truly a home away from home. Angie has gone out of her way to provide a spacious, clean, and relaxing place for traveling women. Comfortable and spacious

I stayed in the studio for a long work weekend. The staff was lovely and they provided all kinds of extras, which were a nice treat. The room was comfortable and had more than enough space for me to work--though there was also a lot of community workspace downstairs if I wanted to use it. A really nice stay.

Perfect place to relax

I stayed here for a weekend to visit my son at Butler Univ. This "micro-hotel"/mini-mansion for women only! is a great retreat. Owners have thought of everything. My room and the whole building is clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy to Uber anywhere. I highly recommend this well-priced accommodation.

Comfy, cozy and quiet!

I was attending a conference at Lucas Oil Stadium and this was the perfect place to spend 4 nights. It was so quiet I didn’t even know that there were 2 other guests there. I stayed in the Peace room which was fantastic!!! Purple is my favorite color so that didn’t hurt. Angie was great to communicate with and I even got to meet her one morning. I would definitely stay there again and will tell my friends about it.

This was a great place to stay that was perfect for the area where I wanted to be. It was exactly as described, and Angie is an amazing, kind host. I felt very comfortable taking walks during the day by myself in the neighborhood (on Washington/Meridian/etc.) I will certainly stay here again.

This is a quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to downtown that you could hop on Meridian Street and get there in just a matter of five minutes.

our property is a 1903 mini mansion with an event center built on the back of it. We have weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and other fun events throughout the year. Our overnight rooms are tucked away on the second and third floors and are small retreats in quiet spaces. We cater to women only.
