Book now and experience the perfect oceanfront retreat. Guests will be required to sign a Renter Agreement with the Owner and provide a government issued photo ID within 72 hours of booking or the reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund. A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be released following checkout and completion of a property inspection confirming that no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occurred during the stay. There is a security camera at the front entrance only. Photos and amenities may change or be updated and may not match the photos exactly.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:
Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by unregistered guests. Any guests over our maximum capapcity (6) violates fire code and will result in immediate removal without a refund and/or a $250 fine applies per unauthorized person.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Parties are strictly prohibited by Airbnb and local laws. Violations can result in fines and jeopardize our ability to continue hosting. We have zero tolerance - any party will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without a refund.
Note: Spending time with your registered guests is absolutely fine - we want you to enjoy yourselves. By "party" we mean any gathering that involves unregistered guests, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.
