The condo was great! The location was perfect. The place was very clean and the host was amazing. We love Seabrook and will definitely consider this place in the future.
We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. Location was easy to get to, area was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your island home
We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a short stay. And any questions we had were answered in a very timely fashion.
The home was perfect. It is so close to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields. The condo is well stocked and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The directions from the host are very detailed once you book.
The place was quite nice, the amenities were adequate although the pool closed shortly after I moved in. I thought it was a little dark as the front windows were shaded by the patio. At night the bedroom was to light because of the bright lights in the parking area.
Great stay. Amenity Card information was not clear But overall we would stay again.

The amenity card system on Seabrook can be complicated because cards are issued both for the property owners association facilities and the private Seabrook Island Club. I try to explain how this works in the detailed property description but at any time if any guest has a question I would encourage them to contact me or call the amenity office directly.
This is our second year staying at this villa. We enjoyed our stay again this year. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for our cooking needs. The host is quick to respond and nice to communicate with.
We stayed here last May, and when our friends grandson was coming to Charleston for baseball, we jumped at the chance to come back! Monica is a great host and the place is perfect for us to enjoy the hospitality of SC!
Thank you for a wonderful trip in a lovely condo
We love Seabrook Island!! This is the third time staying in this condo. The first two times were for a month and this time for 9 nights. Very homey and nice location. Decorated with beach themes. Very comfortable bed! Monica is very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Glad you enjoyed your time on the island! Great guests.
We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we weren’t playing. Easy to watch matches, go to the tennis center etc. well appointed with Keurig and regular coffee pots, ample dishes, cookware and utensils. We will look forward to visiting again.
Our family has been on Seabrook since 1978. I feel lucky we snagged this villa in time for our trip to see everyone. It's across the street from indoor/outdoor pool and playground, bike to restaurants/freshfields (alligatorbike.com) and a quick, beautiful drive to the beach/Ocean Club! Safe for a 3 yr old and everyone in the area is friendly. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Thank you Jessica! We would love to host your family again the next time you come home!
This unit was exactly as listed. Monica was a wonderful host! The unit was well stocked, clean, and close to the pool. We accidentally left something behind in the unit and the cleaning company was wonderful to work with and got our item back to us safely, as well. We highly recommend this beautiful furnished unit!
Our family of five stayed here for a week. We encountered no issues with the condo and the check-in process was smooth. I’m grateful for the information provided by the host prior to check-in regarding check-in, use of the community pool, etc. It was nice to have a covered parking space, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and although a distance from the beach, it was a quick bike ride to the marina and shops at Freshfield village. We had a great time as a family.

Thanks Kyle! We enjoyed hosting you and hope you come back again soon!
charming property, very clean and cute, facing tennis courts at front porch (those courts get pretty busy from the very early morning), and parking driveway at the back. it's a short drive (about 7min) to the public beach/shore area where you could watch magical sunrises or sunsets!
I wish there would be a liquid body wash and shower cap in the showers (I would've brought mine if I knew!), and non-diary options for coffee creamer. but having a K-cup coffee machine was already good enough. overall, great place to stay!
This is a cozy and conveniently located condo adjacent to the amazing tennis facilities on Seabrook Island. We chose it to be close ... but not TOO close to a multigenerational family gathering on the island. It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and easy to get in and out of with luggage. The towels were absolutely luxurious and even the toilet tissue was better than any rental we've ever experienced. (Yes - a bit personal, but hey - it shows attention to detail on the part of the owner.) Speaking of the owner...She was very responsive and accommodating to even minor questions. We'd stay there again.
The beach club is charging to rent a towels we do not want to use?
The property was wonderful . It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable . The appliances have been updated and work perfectly. It is a lovely place to to stay. The tvs has cable and smart tv in each room . The location is near the lake house and very convenient .
The only complaint is the new beach club rules . They are charging for unwanted towels and not allowing guest to bring in their own towels .
They also do not want guest to bring in soda or food .
Unfortunately they do not seem concerned about crowds and drunks in the pool or adults throwing tennis balls or footballs in the pool. The pool area is over crowded .
It is difficult to find a beach chair as all are saved with blue rental towels .
I have been coming for many years . I love the location and the beach club .
But the new rules seem designed to nickel and dime guest . They are not helping the over crowding or the excess drinking .

It’s too bad that was your experience at The Beach Club but I doubt management will see your complaint here.
I suggest contacting The Seabrook Island Club directly with any concerns you have about their new policies and/or lack of enforcement of rules. Glad you enjoyed our condo!
My wife & I are not tennis players and this condo faces the tennis courts. I would favor a lagoon view, but that aside, I have to say that Monica knows how to make a place live above the average, compared to other rentals found on this wonderful island. From uber sharp knives and nicely stocked kitchen, to extra special details in furnishings and bedding. Her sense of the "above average" was seen in just about every detail of decor. We spoke with Monica personally and found her to be friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.

About the host

Why they chose this property
We have enjoyed many years at Seabrook Island and this is our home away from home. We find something new to do in the area every time we come and are happy to be able to share our getaway retreat with guests. Our neighborhood on the tennis courts is quiet and peaceful and kept neat and clean. Walks around the lagoon in the mornings and at sunset are among our favorite things to do. Sitting on the deck and sipping coffee or wine while watching the tennis players is relaxing and fun. We have easy access to many amenities without any of the parking hassles. We welcome families but due to the proximity to the courts, this is not a place where kids can yell, slam doors and horseplay or throw beach towels over the railings.
What makes this property unique
Guests are close enough to bike to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village or to the beach. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool and Lakehouse fitness center are within walking distance of the villa. There is also wi-fi available.
