Welcome to our brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the beautiful town of Lewes, Delaware. This stylish and modern condo is fully furnished with all new furnishings, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your convenience, ensuring a stress-free and comfortable stay. Headed to the beach? We have that covered too with beach chairs, umbrellas, small beachside tables and sand toys.

Each of the 3 rooms is equipped with a smart TV, providing endless entertainment options for your downtime. There are 2 bathrooms. The first has a shower/tub and the master bedroom has a walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

This condo also offers access to a community pool located just steps away, allowing you to cool off and relax in the sun. Additionally, a boat dock is available on the premises, so bring your kayak or rent one nearby for some fun on the water.

This property is excellent! It is in a great location close enough to Lewes and Rehobeth beaches as well as the outlets and multiple restaurants. One of the cleanest condos we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Condo is well stocked with all essentials and is beautifully decorated. The pool is awesome! This condo is a great home away from home!

Our stay at the Residences @ Rehoboth Bay

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The condo is located at a good jumping off point to visit both Lewes and Rehoboth, about 15 min to each. While the community is located on waterfront the building we stayed does not have a view of the water. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and came supplied with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool daily.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The open layout made it easy for our family to cook while spending time with everyone, and the kitchen was stocked with necessary essentials & plenty of counter space. The beds were comfortable, lighting in the bedrooms was great for sleeping in or mid afternoon naps. We also enjoyed the large pool, which was just a short walk away from the building. Sunrises were stunning walking along the docks. The condo was in the perfect spot—quiet, family-friendly, and less than 10 minutes from Route 1 (Coastal Highway). The rental was ideal for our beach getaway and made everything convenient and stress-free. Teddi was fantastic to work with. Her communication was outstanding, she shared great recommendations for local beaches, and she always responded quickly whenever we had a question.Overall, this was a 10/10 stay. Thank you, Teddi and Mike, for sharing your beautiful vacation home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again if we’re back in Lewes!

Brand new condo in Lewes, DE

This condo is brand new and exactly as shown in the pics of the listing. Our host, Teddi, had the unit well-stocked with kitchenware, paper goods, selection of coffee/creamer, beach chairs/towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels/face towels, etc. Basically everything you need is stocked. The condo is conveniently located for short drives to the local beaches, attractions, restaurants, etc. The complex has a very nice pool with lounge chairs. Since the complex is so new, we never saw more than a handful of people at the pool, so basically had it to ourselves. Teddi provided explicit instructions on how to access this secure gated community, the building and the condo unit. She was also very responsive to any questions. We definitely give five stars to this host and unit, and will try to stay here again, when in the area.

The condo is a great option for families with young kids. Not too far from beaches, but with a pool you can retreat to in the afternoon. The condo is well stocked with cooking essentials as well as beach gear. Teddi and Mike were excellent hosts and great communicators. Thank you for a great stay!
