Very spacious, great relaxing view. Short walk to pool and close to beach/boardwalk. Host was very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and happy. The walk to the beach is not too bad. The property is well maintained. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Family beach vacation

This is a great location, and very helpful owner, house is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. We found the bedroom/bathroom layout worked well to accommodate 2 small families with comfort and privacy for each. Highly recommend

Rohoboth beach family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to everything. Location to the beach was a short ride! Condo was clean, comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun week in Rehoboth

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was a nice bonus for kids. The home is roomier than it seemed in the pictures and it is well equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect family vacation spot!

We love staying in Spring Lake. The views of the lake and fountain are very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to all our questions. Pat has the rental process down so that everything from booking to entering the unit on the first day of our stay was easy and streamlined. We hope to stay again next year!

Beautiful neighborhood and condo

It was very scenic with trees, a lake, and a hiking trail. We could walk or ride our bikes to the beach. The pool was nice and never very crowded. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Welcoming Vacation Place

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family, generous size rooms and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for the 7 of us. The swimming pool was a nice addition for the kids. Pat was very responsive and we would highly recommend him and his place. Thanks Pat!

Rented from Sunday to Thursday. Quiet community and a convenient location. Property was as advertised, clean, and enjoyable. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for Quiet Rehoboth Vacation

Pat’s condo is very conveniently located right off the main drag, but the development landscaping and orientation makes you feel like you’re in a remote location. The home was very clean and well stocked for a family of 8. The bedrooms are much more spacious than the photos show. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoy the grandchildren, while also having privacy. The pool was a quick walk from the condo and neighbors we encountered were friendly. Bring some binoculars to watch the bunnies and fox. The beach was a very short drive and parking with the included pass was close. This was our first time to Rehoboth and we will likely be back! The boardwalk area was clean and family-oriented. Nice shopping on Rehoboth Ave. Thank you for a great vacation.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Spring Lake. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the “kids room” with the tv, twin beds and futon. The master bedroom was very spacious. There is a bedroom on the main level l, which was perfect for our grandmother who has difficulty with steps. Everything was clean, and overall, a great experience!

Rehoboth beach city and beach

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and everything was as described. The traffic in the city is heavy and the beach is crowded. Maybe a better travel choice would be towards end of summer season. Parking near the boardwalk and beach costs $9 dollars for 3 hours.

Perfect location

Communication was always there. Easy arrival. Quiet community and clean house. Pool was a short walk away. Short drive to Rehobeth boardwalk or Dewey beach. Close to many restaurants. Everyone had enough room to spread out and enjoy themselves

We enjoyed this home. The layout is great. Having a balcony off the master bedroom to enjoy coffee and ease into the day was a bonus. The community is lovely. The pool is immaculate. Stores and restaurants were centrally located. The short cuts to the beach area make things much easier. Beach area near the permit parking is very clean but not as close to a restroom as would have been convenient. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy your family!!!

Better Than the Pictures

My family (3 adults, 2 small children) had a very nice stay at 715 Spring Lake. The townhouse was easy to find, clean and very comfortable. It’s probably the first rental I’ve stayed in that was nicer than it looked in pictures! The pool is well maintained & was never crowded so we were able to find a shady spot every time we went. The toddler pool was a big bonus for us! The directions & instructions provided were very thorough so check in & out was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet spot that’s near, but not quite at, the beach.

Nice Stay between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for five nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Easy drive to restaurants on the Coastal Hwy. We used the parking permit only once because it is only valid from 8:00 - 5:00 in non-metered parking spaces. Unfortunately there were not many parking spaces available and the few that were weren’t close to the beach. Also, if you want to stay in town for dinner, you have to move to metered parking. Next time we’ll rent a property walking distance to the beach.
