Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. KOTI is in a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions such as beaches, Horses by the Bay, wineries, golf courses, and much more. The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.





This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort. Perfect Accommodation

This was our first time traveling to Michigan and had a wonderful experience with our VRBO. The property was furnished, clean and in a great location close to our horse show. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to grease the door tonthe Master Bathroom as it squeaked very loudly and woke us up everytime someone went to the bathroom. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent Cabin

We had an exceptional experience. The cabin itself was gorgeous! It was perfectly clean, and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The beds and couch were all very comfy. We loved the big windows and the nice views of the forest behind the cabin. The area itself was very quiet, which I loved. We were lucky enough to experience the northern lights right from the patio and front door of our cabin! The check in and check out process was very easy. They didn’t ask much of us, so it felt like staying at a hotel. The host is very responsive and friendly. I had a technical glitch with my booking via the Vrbo app, and the host helped me resolve the issue. He responded to messages quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again!
