NOLA Living done right! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Less than a mile from the Superdome, you'll be close enough to walk to the big game; and with 8 beds and 5 bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone! Enjoy your coffee from the private balcony or by the pool in the spacious gated backyard. You'll be close to downtown New Orleans while experiencing a quiet getaway during the night in the luxurious oasis in the city.

Our guests have the option for an in person check-in which includes a walkthrough of the property, demonstration of the amenities, as well as recommendations for the area, with one of our experienced local New Orleans Property Managers (for no extra charge).

Guests can also check-in privately and the access codes will be sent upon check-in. Our concierge service is available for all of our guests. We're here to take the hassle out of setting appointments and reservations.

The location of this property is great for its convenience . 'Only 10 minutes to the French Quarter and easy access to highways, Tulane Ave, and a moderate walk to the Superdome! Close to Whole Foods, boutiques, salons, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. The neighborhood is private, and quiet with all the charm of New Orleans.
Guests have access to the entire property with a fenced-in backyard and pool area perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. Great for out door games and group activities , and ideal for bachelor & bachelorette gatherings, family reunions, corporate events and more!
The Gravier Oasis has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 3 rooms have private bathrooms; the 4th and 5th bathrooms located in the common hallways , directly by the only bedrooms w/out a private bathroom. The space includes a 2-3 car private drive, front porch, a heated pool, relaxing covered patio, with an outdoor living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony in the Master bedroom, along with a king sized bed and a day bed with two twin beds. The Master bathroom has a beautiful bathtub, separate shower stand up shower and its own walk in closet.
Guests are welcome to bring their vehicles, with a two car driveway and street parking. Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available.

If you prefer to have a vehicle the drive way can provide room for at least two cars.

Fabulous house which was perfect for a couple of families with kids traveling. We loved the pool, beds were comfy, and any very minor issues were fixed immediately. The house is stocked and ready to go.

Such an amazing home. Asthetically pleasing. Very roomy and comfortable. The location was no more than 10-15 minutes away from best New Orleans restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet. The host Max was very accommodating as my guest flights arrived before check-in and were allowed to drop luggage off early and returning flights leave after the 11:00 AM check-out. I highly recommend this amazing home to any group or family vacationing in New Orleans

The house was perfect for our group of 6. The bedrooms were spacious and had access to bathrooms. The appliances were modern and the kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. The back patio was spacious and the heated pool was perfect for our fall trip especially after a cold front blew through at the end of our trip. The just was very quick to respond to any question or need we had. The location was not the best as the road was narrow with parked cars on both sides and heavy traffic going both ways. The saving grace was the house had its own driveway big enough for our two vehicles. The neighborhood was a little run down but located close to all the major tourist attractions. All in all we had a great time and this property served our every need. I would recommend it for large groups or families.

We booked this location for a bachelorette and it exceeded our expectations! The house was very nice , spacious, and clean. The host was accommodating and a pleasant person to work with. He responded in a timely manner and made sure everything was up to par. My only complaint would be not enough lighting around the pool area. Granted the pool is closed after 10 but it gets dark around 7:30 so light was needed. Other than that the home was perfect. Definitely will be booking again.

We booked this for my daughter’s birthday trip, everything was perfect! The house was very clean and spacious. Max was amazing and very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. Check in and out was super easy. Plenty of space for us to chill outside by the pool. Loved that we all had our own space when needed and our own bathrooms to get ready. It was great that we could cook every day with the fully stocked kitchen. We walked to bourbon and French Quarter almost every day, everyone in the group agreed we would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

Great Stay!

Our first impression of the property once we arrived was very welcoming and our check in process was smooth! I really liked that the property has its own parking area. Lights and TVs were on and looked ambient temperature of the home was nice. We did however find some dirty cups in cupboards loose garments left behind from previous guest and some minor areas that were slightly dirty. The water tasted funny but was immediately resolved once mentioned to the host. The beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE! The sheets are some of the softest sheets I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The amenities that were provided were so many. Honestly one of the most well kept rentals I have ever stayed at. The master upstairs is facing the road so it can be noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Any issues stated above did not affect our stay whatsoever. I will be coming back!

All the bathrooms you could ever need

Overall this property is perfect. It was clean, all 5 bedrooms had an en-suite, the pool was wonderful and all the appliances worked. 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and book again with a group. Things that could have been better, earlier notice about the construction next door, with the option to switch bookings if needed. The construction did impact our sleeping hours and ability to use the outdoor pool until after 7pm. Having clear checkin and checkout guide available in the house with some recommendations on local spots would be a nice touch. But our host overall did a great job, as this is a new listing you expect some small bumps. If you’re looking for an accessible spot with a little more room, highly recommend this stay. Thing

Wonderful Find for our Purpose

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Very clean and well kept. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath; 4 ensuites with one hall bath just across from the bedroom. Bathrooms were small and not much, if any, counter space to keep toiletries. The only complaint here was the towel selection. Poor quality and inconsistent sets for 2 people to share. All bedrooms had queen beds except for the master which had a king and daybed. Very nice & clean private pool and patio area. The neighborhood was not what we expected; looked like more of an outdated business district turned residential. However, the location was great, short distances by car to multiple areas. The Host, Max was great to communicate with both before and during our stay. We never waited for a response from him; they came immediately with all questions answered. For the ease of getting around, a good location.

Why they chose this property

This location is nearly perfect for out-of-towners visiting the city. It is about a mile from Downtown and the French Quarter. You can walk, although there is not much between the home and downtown. You can rideshare with short trips from Uber or Lyft. You also can walk to the streetcar line, which is about 6 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

This property was custom built to host VRBO guests. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 of them have en-suite baths. There are 5 total bathrooms. The heated pool, patio and gazebo spaces really make the back yard a special place to relax. The pool is heated and can be used year round. There is also a charcoal grill in the back yard.
