Comfortable, clean condo with a great view and easy access to a private beach. Stayed for a week and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo has a great location, as it is between the N and S sides of the island, with easy access to beaches all around the island. There is a safe area to swim in the ocean, a protected ocean pool for kids, and a large swimming pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The view of the ocean on the lani is perfect for meals and relaxing. Even without air conditioning the fans and the breeze keep you cool. The interior of the condo is a bit dated, but the bed is comfortable, and there is a fully supplied kitchen. A great bakery is down the street, and a marketplace you can walk to in a few blocks. The property manager is easy to communicate with and responds to any issues. There is a security gate to access the condominium property and an office on site. I return every year and feel comfortable and secure. Enjoy!

Fridge had mold and needs replacing , ice maker broken. No grab bars bathroom, toilet stopped working . Shower curtain doesn’t work.No cake pan or electric mixer. Not enough fans or A/C. Missing pictures dining room, No pads for chairs or lounges.No kayak or snorkeling equipment as advertised. Uses pesticides harmful to birds and people.Great vow of beach. Lots of stairs. Close to restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful location. Amazing views.

Located perfectly in the middle of north and south coasts. Also has walking distance to shopping restaurants and beachfront bars. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Wayne was so so awesome and patient with us. The property is in such a beautiful area and the rental itself was so clean and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was beautiful, and the tropical atmosphere was excellently maintained. Beach was great as well as swimming pool. Condo provided a great view of the ocean. Very friendly atmosphere.

Perfect Location

Perfect location to experience all that Kauai has to offer. On a lovely beach, close to restaurants and shopping, and midway between the north and south coasts. Great hosts. My fiancée and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Golf Vacation

Nice condo with new carpets and good view from the lania. Plenty of lawn chairs for sitting by the ocean and enjoying the view, Coconut marketplace is an easy walk for food and shopping.

This condo is in the perfect spot on Kauai – steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, and centrally located for exploring the whole island. The condo complex is amazing, with immaculate landscaping and a beautiful pool. The condo itself had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Our only (minor) complaints are that the ceiling fans made an annoying clicking sound, the patio furniture was in need of a refresh, and the internet was somewhat slow. But we loved it overall!

Good value for location

This unit had everything we needed, plus a few extras; beach chairs, cooler and towels. Good communication with host. The pool and grounds were above average. We would stay here again.

Comfortable condo is a great location

Comfortable condo on the beautiful Lae Nani beach. Very close to Kapa'a and Wailua. Great communication from Wayne. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, chairs and coolers. Would stay here again.

Lae Nani Paradise

The property is beautiful. Nice private beach and great swimming pool. The unit has everything you need and the view from the lani is amazing. 2 minute walk to lava lave beach club for great food and drinks with an ocean view.

This person was very rude over the phone, and would not read any of the corespondences on VRBO, and would make a mess and say that everything was dirty when it was their own doing
