Living Room

The living room features new tile floors, beautiful tropical furniture that exudes casual elegances. Look out the wall to wall expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony of the pent house for a closer look of the beach and the waves.
Living room features a 42 inches LCD TV and a DVD player.
When the sun goes down, two sofas can be turned into sleeper sofas and can sleep 2 in the living room.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for four.

Dining

The dining room is just off the kitchen and features a great rectangular table with chairs for four. Ocean views make it a perfect place to linger over a meal.

Master Bedroom

The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. The bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, private bath and breathtaking ocean views. Sunlights bathe the bedroom in natural light by day and let you sleep under the stars at night. Beautiful linens, elegant furniture, and a 37 inch LCD TV with DVD player complete this room.

Outdoor Living Areas

Saida Condo features a private balcony off the living room. The balcony features beach chairs, and is a perfect place to relax with a tropical drink and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

** SPRING BREAK/EASTER RULES **

This is a reminder that during Spring Break, security wristbands will be required at Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club. Anyone staying at the Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club between the ages of 10 – 32 years of age or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from
March 4, 2023 – April 9, 2023.

The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%). Owner’s son(s) or daughter(s) will be the only guest allowed to obtain a free security wristband (Proper Identification Required). Everyone else will be required to purchase a security wristband. The security wristbands may be purchase at Island Services or at the security guard shack. Any lost or broken wristbands will result in guest having to purchase another wristband.

Please make sure that your guests are aware, as they will be asked to leave the property immediately if they do not have a valid security wristband. This policy will be strictly enforced by security.
