Such a treat

I can not say enough lovely things about this home.It is the perfect size, has all the comforts of home, including a washer dryer, a kitchen with majority you may need, comfy beds, showers with skylights , landscaper service and 1x month cleaning. Not to mention the yard is the perfect amount of shade and sun for hot July for both me and my pups. As a single women, I felt completely safe walking my dogs around the development, and being solo in the home. As a NYer, location was important & this was premium. It was central to food shopping, target, many trendy restaurants, shops, car wash & and all of the local exercise studios which I was able to access via ClassPass (the home also had a yoga mat to borrow). Uber & Lyft were not long waits from here either. It’s a very quick 8 minutes to the beach and I was able to take my dog to off leash early every morning. Parking was easy and abundant on the beach too. This little gem of a home deserves all the accolades, but I fear for being honest it won’t be available next time I want to book. I was truly sad to leave.

We just loved living here. It's the perfect comfortable setting and location. 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. We are excited for guest to enjoy the peaceful setting as much as we have.

It's only 3 miles to the beach and 15 minutes to historic Charleston. It's a great quiet residential neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

We remodeled the home with all the modern amenities. Our outdoor space is spectacular with the fireplace and privacy fence. We really enjoy spending time relaxing on the patio.
