This unit is awesome. The floor to ceiling oceanfront windows make it feel like you are ON the ocean. We had a blast watching the surfers every day out the window, from the balcony, and from the pool. Parking was easy, and the elevator made getting our groceries and luggage upstairs a breeze. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the master is small, but the rest of the primary suite was great. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Would highly recommend. Very clean, had everything we needed for a great stay. Very spacious and a/c was nice. Beautiful views, right on the beach! Walking distance to some great Poke and Tacos were an added bonus! Would absolutely stay here again if venturing back to the big island.

Great ocean front stay

Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Personal response from property managers after asking a couple of questions. Bathrooms could be updated, but would stay there again.

Amazing view, amazing location with the best beach within minute for waves or snorkeling , a small mart right in front for all your last moment purchase. Could not have thought of anything better.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the condo is exactly as the pictures depict. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. The view of the beach is magnificent. I would love to stay here again

Wonderful Accommodations

The location was wonderful and we enjoyed being right on the ocean. The unit was well equipped with all kitchen needs and the management was very quick to replace a beach chair that was missing. Comfy beds and furniture too. We hope to stay here again!

We loved watching the surfers and whales from our lanai every morning. The condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable and was in a great location.

This property was so wonderful to stay at. Convenient to town. The best part was listening to the waves and watching all the surfers! We could sit on the deck all day!

Great view!

We have a great 9 day stay! Very relaxing view, we seen dolphins and enjoyed watching the surfers all day! Wonderful kitchen amenities to cook all our meals. We enjoyed our time away together. We had friends in another condo and we had fun playing cards at night.

Nice Condo

Our time in this Condo was very good and the vies were outstanding. We watched the surfers every morning and evening. That was great entertainment. There were a few small problems that were fixed very quickly. The ceiling fan in the master bath needed to be replaced and it was done in just 3 hours after I reported it. The dryer was strange. It was a novented type and the clothes never got completely dry but no big deal. I will be renting this Condo again. Thanks

Amazing Stay

Couldn't be happier with our stay and plan on returning. Right on the water with beautiful views. AC was a plus as the heat was intense. Comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. The 80” plus TV was nice too. Will def. be back.

35th Anniversary

I loved the view of the ocean, it's a hot spot for surfing which is fun to watch. We seen dolphins basically daily as we sat on the lanai enjoying our morning coffee. Location is great, everything is within minutes. Has all your needs for cooking which we did almost daily and bar b que was convenient as well. Any questions we had were promptly answered as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable. Not kid friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with access to shopping, restaurants and various beaches. The condo itself was pretty basic but it had everything we needed. The only downside for our group was that it's not a very kid friendly place and we had several kids in our group. They were excited to play in the pool but the rules about noise and activities are really strict. For that reason only, we probably wouldn't come back to this place unless it was only adults on the trip.

Most complexes in Kona have pretty strict rules regarding pool use as they try to find the right balance to accommodate everyone's version of enjoyment. Right on Ocean!

Our room overlooked the ocean. Fantastic views. Listing photos were 100% accurate. Loved watching the surfers from early morning till sunset from the lanai. Gorgeous sunsets! Hearing the waves crashing against the rocks was exactly what we wanted. The condo kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Excellent location - grocery stores, restaurants & shopping nearby. The pool & hot tub were clean & also on the ocean - great views. Having a gas bbq by the pool area was perfect. No complaints. For us, a perfect Hawaiian getaway.
