Beachy Bayside is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside pier and the harbor. The complex is situated on several acres of well-maintained, lush tropical grounds. You’ll have access to amenities, such as billiards, ping-pong, putting green, foosball, a fitness center with sauna, barbecue areas, and laundry facilities. Guests will enjoy the view and sunsets from the deck. Free Wi-Fi and designated parking is included.

The unit was recently renovated, including kitchen quartz countertops, all new appliances, and other updates throughout! The condo has been updated with new furniture throughout in a Modern Coastal design. There are incredible views from both the living room and bedroom, and guests are sure to enjoy the view and sunsets from the deck.

Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi pond, putting green, and year-round heated pool and spa, or a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. In addition to the view of the harbor and the beach, there’s an amazing view just below the deck. See the video attached to this listing!

Enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque harbor which feature several excellent restaurants and unique shops. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursion. Take a stroll on the Strand, or a walk on the iconic Oceanside Pier where you can watch surfers or enjoy the wildlife.

Nearby, you will find the California Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and coastal walking and bike trails. The Oceanside Farmers Market is a delightful experience near the pier which takes place every Thursday from 9 to 1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5 to 9.

Within a short distance, enjoy other attractions, such as San Diego Balboa Park, USS, Midway Museum, Coronado Island, Legoland, Mission San Luis Rey, Mission San Juan Capistrano, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, the Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Disneyland, Petco Park, Anaheim Stadium and more!

Such a beautiful place to stay in Oceanside! We are a family of 4 with 2 children and Mindy's place was perfect for us. From the sunset views from the balcony, the beach gear, super comfortable beds, and access to the beach/pool/hot tub, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mindy!

This Oceanside property was absolutely wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the beach is so nice. The grounds at this complex are similar to Hawaii. You can easily walk to restaurants and the harbor and pier. We will stay here again ! Also the owner was very responsive to all our questions.

Love!

We had such a great time staying here. The condo is clean and has so many fun things for the kids. They have toys, games, and beach gear. The property amenities are excellent as well and so close to the harbor.

The best spring break stay!

Staying here was such an amazing experience. From the check in process to check out, we had the best time. Mindy’s place is warm, homey, and oh so comfortable- the perfect home away from home. The amenities onsite were perfect for me and my two young daughters! A pool, Oceanside, mini golf- it had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back soon! Thanks Mindy for all of your hospitality!

Recently remodeled and beautifully maintained. Super clean with a gorgeous view of both the harbor and the ocean. The owners checked in by text to make sure all was going well.

The property was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The only downfall I have is that it is a maze to get around the property but once you get the hang of it it is okay.

Good place to stay. We’ve been going there for years. Good memories for kids. The prices went up substantially over the years though. Otherwise it is nice.

Amazing Stay

We had so much fun at Beachy Bayside. The location was great, the unit was spacious, clean and so organized. It has all you need to cook and go to the beach. We loved that it had two queen beds in the primary bedroom, so great for families. The owner has thought of it all. The grounds really are resort like and the view from the unit is awesome! We can't wait to come back.

Nothing short of perfect!

Perfect location, perfect host, lovely grounds…. and we felt so relaxed and at home. We had a wonderful mother and daughter trip and want to come back. Great stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Property switched owners before our stay and communication with both sides was great. Mindy was quick to respond to all questions. Property community is very lush and tropical with lots of plants and water features. Right of the beach and the rental is stocked with beach stuff including chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon.

Very nice

Our stay at this property was great. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were soft amd comfortable. The condo is in the center of the complex and close to amenities. There is an elevator from the parking but there are quite a few stairs when moving to other parts of the complex like the pool/gym. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Great getaway

Our family of four had 4 great nights at this lovely resort. Lush grounds, big pool and secluded hot tub. We enjoyed the ping ping and pool table too. Easy access to beach feom resort. The condo was well-equipped with beach gear and a lovely view of the ocean off the balcony. Our host, Mindy, was helpful and very responsive. Check in and out was smooth, instructions clear. All in all, it was a great holiday getaway!

Beautiful Bayside!

Just spent a week at Beachy Bayside. Wonderful place to view the beach and sunsets. The unit was well located and within walking distance to coffee shop and harbor where my sister and her husband had their boat. The description of the unit matched what I found: updated, spacious, immaculately clean, and so well organized and outfitted. It was also easy to communicate with the host who was most responsive to my questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and hope I can visit again.

This was my family's first official vacation and it was everything we could have imagined it to be. Being right on the beach, walking to get ice cream, doing the whale watching boat tour that was also walking distance from the room, and even enjoying the pool instead of going to the beach was a great option for us. The view was breath taking and something I looked forward to every morning and night. It is also very convenient to get to restaurants. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The wagon that is provided in the room was also a game changer for us. We appreciated that it was there for us to use. They also have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards! It was very clean and modern. We will for sure be back again!

Everything about "Just Beachy" is just wonderful!!

I booked "Just Beachy" for a long-distant friends weekend. This unit is honestly the best beach property I have ever experienced. Everything about it is 5 star; comfort, cleanliness, amenities, proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lorraine, the host is the best! She acknowledged my correspondence within minutes and answered any questions I had. A Digital Guide was provided that was super helpful. It provided all the information regarding our stay in the unit as well as dining and activities in Oceanside. Without a doubt I will be booking again.

Refreshed and clean

Our family stays in North Coast Village quite a bit. This unit was nicely refreshed with a recent makeover. It is tastefully decorated and the owner provides many amenities for the kitchen, bathroom, beach, etc. Communication with Mindy was excellent. After losing my father, I needed a few days to myself. I was so relieved that I was able to book a last minute stay in a place where I feel safe and comfortable and greatly appreciated the kindness that was shown to me. I would recommend this unit for singles, couples, friends, families with small children who can share the bedroom with parents. Enjoy your stay! I did.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay at Lorraine’s condo. It was very clean, stylish remodeled and the location was perfect for us to stroll down the beach and enjoy the weather at the ocean. The communication with Lorraine was perfect and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.
