While I understand your disappointment, it’s important to note that all guests are responsible for reading the full property details before confirming a booking—especially when selecting a place based on specific amenities like a pool. The listing did not promise a working pool, and no effort was made to mislead or “bait and switch.” In fact, the nightly rate you received was discounted, in part to reflect this temporary inconvenience. Regarding your parking concern, I apologize for any initial confusion. The property includes a detailed parking guide, and I’m always available by message to assist with any arrival questions.
