Such an amazing, newly updated and clean house that has so much space and perfect for families! Great location less than 10 minutes to the beach. Owner was super responsive. Would stay here again!

Nice remodel. Clean and neat. HOWEVER, very little furniture in living area, and chair and couch not real comfortable. Hot water heater was on the fritz, and hot water was hit or miss. NO hot water at all last two days and this was not rectified. Pretty bad when you're sandy from beach. I think a partial refund was in order, not just a " sorry for the inconvenience " text.

Guest advised of the hot water issue on Sunday evening at 6pm the night before departure. If this was an ongoing issue, had they let me know sooner, I certainly would have been able to rectify the issue.

The house was great! It was clean, spacious and had all that we needed. It is close to restaurants, beach and stores. The host, Steven was a pleasure to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Girls’ Trip

This house was an excellent location, quiet but close to the beach. It was comfortable and spacious for 3 people, and clean. Steve was an excellent communicator. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for a girls weekend with my Mom & Sister in laws. We had space to move around without being overly crowded and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood while still being close to the downtown area. The backyard deck was so nice when we wanted to relax in the sun after a day at the beach. Steven was friendly and accommodating with early check-in since we traveled from Baltimore. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

The house was as advertised - very clean, with everything newly renovated. It was air conditioned, comfortable and worked well for our family of grandparents, adult children and two little ones (4 and 6) who loved the PAC man console (to our surprise). We would add that the owner was very responsive and addressed all of our questions promptly. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Short family getaway Cherry Hill

Excellent home for a family of five. Has everything you need, great location, close to all beaches and landmarks. The house is very clean, updated, and well kept. Would highly recommend for a family retreat.

We stayed for the 4th of July holiday. While this is a cute home in a convenient location to everything in Cape May & Wildwood, it was not very well cleaned prior to our stay resulting in us feeling uncomfortable at arrival. The floors and counters/surfaces in the kitchen were clearly not wiped or mopped prior to our arrival causing us to wipe down all surfaces before feeling “at home”. There were multiple pincher bugs/earwigs crawling around and a light musty smell. The outdoor shower drain does not work at all. Through no fault of the host, the power went out for nearly 12 hours during a heat wave & we had not even a flash light. We spent the evening doom prepping at Walmart so we had lights, fans, ice to keep food from spoiling and power banks for our devices. While this helped, it was certainly not how we wanted to spend an evening after paying over 500/day. While other homes had generators running, we were stuck sweating in the dark for an evening. Overall, the consensus from our group was that we will choose another home for next year’s trip. The home was not terrible, and the host was not bad at communicating. He promptly responded when I reached out about the power and if he had a generator, but knowing he had gotten an alert about the outage & didn’t bother to check on us or offer any help was disappointing. If we had known power going out was a possibility we could have been more prepared with our own generator or power banks. Maybe it was just bad timing for us.

I take cleanliness very serious, this property has never been accused of not being clean. Yes, unfortunately, the entire area lost power for around 12 hours. I did proactively communicate that to the guest when I received notification from the power company. I'm sure this had a significant impact on their stay and overall attitude in writing this review.

The Perfect Retreat

Beautifully renovated property. Very clean and had nice decorative touches and amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive of restaurants, shopping, and landmarks. Host communicated clearly and check in/out was simple. We highly recommend this location!

Two night stay

Super clean place in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was so easy and the host provided us with all the conveniences we like! Could have used some more keurig coffee pods though! The beds were incredibly comfortable!

Birthday trip

This house is perfect for a Jersey Shore weekend. Minutes to the Cape May oceanfront, I brought my 16 yr old son and few of his friends for the Barefoot Country Music Festival in nearby Wildwood, NJ. The outdoor space is perfect for gathering, grilling, frisbee etc. I highly recommend this property - and Steven is a gracious host.

An amazing stay!

This property is wonderful; my family really enjoyed our stay. It was extremely clean and well kept, and has everything you need for a stay at the beach (from kitchen essentials to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The check in process was very easy, and the owner is very responsive. The property is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants. The main town of Cape May is a very short drive. We loved our stay so much that we reserved another weekend while we enjoying our first1 If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Cape May Rental

I selected this VRBO based on the map and cuteness of the pictures. How lucky did I get! Best house ever for Escape to the Cape tri. The location was ideal, 3 minute drive to everywhere we had to go. The house was perfect. Everything you would ever need was included, cleanliness to the max, beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and the best communication with the owner-thanks Steve! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Beach House

Our stay at the beach house was nothing short of fantastic! The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, which instantly put us at ease. It truly had everything we needed and more. The highlight for us was definitely the deck where we enjoyed breakfast.The grill was a bonus—we had a great time cooking fresh seafood outdoors. And the Pac-Man console was a hit. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful retreat.

Perfect!

We are a family of 4 (kids 17 and 10) and 2 grandparents. We had everything we needed! Steven was great to work with! The master suite with the step in shower was ideal for my in-laws. The bunk beds and video game was great for the boys. The house is beautiful, cozy and quiet. Great location. Exactly what we needed for our few days down the shore.

Making Memories

We were pleasantly surprised with this location, truly was centrally located to everything for us. Stores and restaurants close by as well as pickle ball courts and playground. Trips into Cape May, Wildwood Crest and even the zoo, all just minutes away. Lovely home (comfortable/roomy/equipped/lots of storage space/nicely decorated), in nice neighborhood, with plenty of parking (on and off street) just blocks from the bay, with a beach, where we did enjoy spectacular sunsets! We will visit North Cape May again and would not hesitate to book this house.

Another perfect stay!

This was the second time that our family stayed at this property, and we had another wonderful getaway. The house was impeccably clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) as our kids love having their own rooms and "just for kids" bathroom, but because of the bunk beds and the additional queen the house could easily accommodate a slightly larger family. The house is very close to some great restaurants and viewing the sunset at the bay, but is also just a short drive to town - so close that we didn't mind driving back and forth multiple times a day. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly - I highly recommend booking!

Cape May Getaway

My husband and I were accompanied by my Mother and Sister. The house comfortably accommodated the four of us and has been renovated over lovely. The master bedroom has plenty of space and the bathroom and closet are more than generous in size. In addition to having central air, the house has ceiling fans throughout making it extremely comfortable as I love to have air circulating. One of the absolute best qualities is the quick and easy access to everything enjoyable--the beach, restaurants and downtown Cape May shopping. Actually I prefer it's easy, short access to the bay side of the water as it's quieter and quainter. We look forward to going back again. Absolute easy, quick access to everything!!!
