This is a nice rental and me and my family enjoyed staying there. The bathroom are a little quirky but functional. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. This was an excellent venue for out trip but that was mainly because of the proximity to my sisters house (we had come out for her wedding). It does have good access to down town Ithaca though we didn't need that.

The house had plenty of room for my group. Host was very responsive. Everything was as stated in the listing we loved the game room to play cards at night. We were very close to town and a very nice walking park across the street. Great time in Ithaca.!

House was very nice and as shown in photos. Very comfortable and convenient to downtown Ithaca. We didn't get to use the outdoor portions but there was a grill and hot tub that seemed awesome. Will note the steps up to the second floor is a bit steep but otherwise the host was very helpful, responsive, and friendly.

This is a cute college house, but it is small. It was clean and the beds were all good. The upstairs was a little warm even with the A/Cs, the downstairs rooms stayed nice and cool. It was pretty pricey, but there may have been something going on in the area, there wasn’t much availability. We had trouble with the door, but the host took care of it immediately.

We enjoyed our stay very much at 410 Hudson Street. We were a multigenerational group and the details the hosts have added to property allowed for some extra fun and brought some joy to all. Bedrooms on two levels worked great for us, and some common spaces worked well for us to congregate (i.e. living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs game room, and fantastic yard) while others functioned phenomenally for utilitarian purposes (i.e. upstairs laundry room/exercise room with counter space and sink). The central location of the house allowed for walkability to downtown Ithaca for dinners, and the quick drive to Cornell’s campus was perfect to help with move-in which was a part of our trip. Like other reviewers mentioned, parking was easy to find in front of the house, even for two cars at times. The hosts truly tried to make our experience a happy and comfortable one.

Nice place, close enough to downtown to walk. House was clean and had lots of amenities. Bedrooms were air conditioned which is great in the summer.

Excellent host. The VRBO was perfect for our needs with the location super close to Ithaca College and the Commons. Host was very accomodating allowing us to be flexible with our schedule. Very clean. Great communicator and easy to get a hold of.

Rooms were clean and we had no issues with home temperature (we were there in October). Host was very responsive. It’s a short uber ride to Cornell’s campus as well.We didn’t use the backyard nor the hot tub so we cannot speak on those specifically, but the overall location was good for a large group of friends coming back to visit!

The house was very conveniently located to Ithaca commons and Cornell. The owners were very responsive to one issue that came up with an appliance. Parking is on-street, but we were always able to find a spot right in front of the house. The window AC units worked well and cooled the house to a very comfortable temp during a stretch of days in high 80s. The neighborhood was great for walking—great flat (!) walking path 2 blocks from house, and also a beautiful gorge 3 blocks away (moderate exertion). Overall a very good stay!

Rooms and beds are tiny. Owners keep toilet paper on ration so we had to buy our own. They said they would deliver but did 36 hours after they said they would. Owners were rude in follow up asking for a five star review. Literally sent a laughing emoji to my thoughtful private feedback. So now I’m making it public. 5 bedroom space with seating for 4 people in the living room. Good location and was clean. Just old and not a comfortable space. Some rooms hot and some freezing due to ancient HVAC. Do not recommend.
