Peace and quiet at the farmhouse in the grassland hills of Fulton County, Pa.
The house is a rustic 1940's farm house with period furniture. It has a yard for children to play adjoined by pastures that livestock frequent. The front porch is a great place to sit and ponder life's issues. It is close to Breezewood, Pa and the Pa Turnpike. Raystown Lake is close by and many other tourist venues.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please return all thermostats in the winter to 60 degrees. In the summer set all AC units to 75 degrees.
Take the trash to the blue dumpster across from the chicken coop.
Place all towels and linens in the front room where you enter the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not have the windows or doors open if heat/AC is on. Turn the heat/AC to your comfort level, and when you leave set it back to were it was.
No food or drinks, except water outside of the dining area and kitchen.
All garbage is to go in the blue dumpster by the barn.
