Absolutely stunning location and a house that leaves you wanting nothing. Short walk to town, the grocery store and restaurants make it the perfect spot to drop the car and enjoy the beach.Doug was a gracious and responsive host. Stop looking at other properties and book this spot :)

Had a great Girl’s trip in this welcoming home. A quick walk to downtown and the beach is literally at your doorstep. The views from the deck are perfection. Everything you need is provided…even chip clips! Hated to leave. Excellent communication with the owner.

Montauk getaway

This is the second time we stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. The location is right in town, the host was accommodating, the property is very clean and you’re literally right on the beach! Great house and would definitely rent again!

Montauk June weekend

Perfect June weekend for a college reunion in Montauk. House was perfectly situated on the beach with a close walk to town. Doug was very amenable and helped figure out golf and travel. Highly recommend!

Great house in an amazing location

A group of 9 of us stayed at this house for a long weekend and had a great time. There were issues with the AC while we were there and it unfortunately couldn’t be fixed during our stay, but Doug was so responsiveness and did everything he could. He had someone there looking into it a few hours after we spoke. He was very helpful and apologetic. The house was in a great location and we would definitely come back.

Our stay was amazing! Location to town walkable, view of ocean and beach stunning, house just like in photos, stocked with basics, host was super helpful and responsive to questions and provided great restaurant recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Highly recommend!!

Amazing girls getaway

Best spot in Montauk! Right on the beach to have your morning coffee with the waves, walkable to the restaurants and shops in downtown Montauk. A 5min drive for a spa day at Gurney's. Doug was a great host, easy communication. The cottage was exactly as described. Would definitely come again!

Highly recommended!

We loved this house. It has everything you need (kitchen utensils, condiments, towels, etc.). The location is perfect. The house and the view are beautiful. Nothing was broken, the owner was clear and didn't ask any outrageous things of us. It was a lovely place to stay and very hard to fault indeed! (The only thing to be aware of is that one bedroom is accessed through another so that might be difficult for anyone who is sharing the house with others and don't want to go through their bedroom to use the restroom at night.)

Montauk gem!

The location is perfect! Close to everything but far enough away so that it’s private. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and the view is simply breathtaking.

Perfect oceanfront property

This property is well-located to the ocean and to shops. It rained the majority of our stay but we made the best of it by enjoying the cozy couch and fireplace while looking and hearing the waves. :)
