Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Lake Stay at Mimosa Escape

Our family had a great stay at Mimosa Escape! The home was cute, clean, stocked very well and the location was perfect! The property manager, Pamela messaged a few times to make sure we knew they were there if we needed anything, which we didn’t. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely book again!

First family trip to the ozarks!

Growing up coming to the Ozarks, I couldnt wait to bring my kids. We had a dream of a weekend bringing our almost 1 year old and 3 year old for their first lake weekend! Everything was very clean, there were many included amenities, it was a fantastic location on the lake. This house would be great for young families like ours, great for a few couples looking to get away, really any age group!

Fishing trip

House was nice. We just wish the fish cleaning station was usable and wish the water pump worked to clean up after cleaning fish. We had to clean them in the rocks just so we didn’t stain the dock with blood. We will be back Easter weekend and hopefully everything is usable then.

Quiet cove- could be a great place with a little love

House was very dirty upon arrival- beds were full of hair and just yuck- we had to wash the blankets to even feel comfortable enough to sleep there not ideal when u want to be on the lake We had to mop floors and stairs were full of cobwebs and not clean at all - vents and blinds were caked in dust The management was quick to answer but couldn’t really do anything besides send me a housekeeping report?!? The cove was nice- area was nice - overall we enjoyed our time- I would recommend this side of the lake but not this home -
