The building is currently getting a facelift through November 30, 2026 - during those dates you’ll find extra savings on your booking for those who don't mind a bit of weekday background noise. If a 20% discount doesn't show for stays from August 8-November 3, please message me to have it applied!

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from our spacious three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. Watch dolphins glide past your balcony and observe protected sea bird and turtle nesting grounds from your private beach access.

This corner unit offers water views on two sides and is designed for comfort and convenience. Amenities include a swimming pool, high-speed internet, cable with four Roku flat-screen TVs, full-size washer and dryer, and covered parking directly next to the elevator with two assigned spaces. The newly updated kitchen, linens, and furniture make this condo feel like home, fully stocked with everything you need for your stay (just bring the food!).

Step outside and explore charming Indian Rocks Beach—a slice of old Florida. Soft sand, stunning sunsets, and a laid-back vibe make it perfect for walking or relaxing. The condo is just steps from ice cream, local bars and restaurants like Hurricane Eddie’s and TJ’s Italian, seafood spots, a cozy surf café, and shops for beachy décor, souvenirs, and surfwear.

Nearby, enjoy shopping, golfing, tennis, shelling, fishing, and the beach trolley. Orlando theme parks are just 1.5 hours away, while Busch Gardens, professional baseball, hockey, and football are even closer. For extra relaxation, a first-class massage therapist is available nearby.

Please note this condo is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell with an interior chime to alert you of any visitors. This building does not accommodate electric vehicle charging.

Beach & Pool Information:
We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Because these items can occasionally be affected by weather or prior guest use, availability may vary. If anything is missing or not in good condition during your stay, please let us know—we’re happy to help or offer guidance to make sure you have everything you need.

The condo was beautiful, well equipped , quality and comfortable furnishings and exceptionally clean. You couldn’t ask for better views of the Gulf, very bright and open. Location was great with yummy restaurants within walking distance. The owner, Julie, was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive with communication and transparent about the renovations of the property that are currently underway. Julie was exceptional and we look forward to renting from her in the future. 10/10 experience.

Exceptional- I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The rental was just as pictured and immaculately clean. It is well stocked with everything you should need. The host went above and beyond with communication during our stay, and this really meant a lot to us. It is located next to some awesome coffee shops, seafood, and other places just within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure!

Beach view is unobstructed and parking is easy. Host is great. Easy walk to great restaurants for breakfast (French) Lunch(sea food) dinner ( Italian) The beach is like powdered sugar and the water is perfect.

Beautiful condo! Location was excellent. Super clean. Communication was above average. Every possible ammenity was supplied. Best couch ever. Twenty five years of visiting FL and this was one of our top picks! We will definately be back soon!!!

The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and the sunset. It is close to many restaurants that you can walk to or a quick drive. A small complex that was quiet and very relaxing!

Great location. Condo has beautiful ocean view and had all amenities we needed for our stay. Easy access from pool to ocean and the beach was in beautiful shape. One recommendation - It would have been nice to have umbrellas for the tables at the pool. Loved IRB.

This is the best place we’ve ever stayed! Juliette has everything you’ll need—lots of beach chairs, towels, extra supplies in pantry and personal hygiene items in the bathroom. It was super clean and comfortable! We walked to many places. Such a showy walk to the beach. We only saw 2 people in the pool one time. Parking was a breeze! We are so grateful to get to stay here! Thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful, we love that it’s so close to the restaurants we love and we can walk and pick up our food and just enjoy being at the beach . Our hostess was fabulous and easy to correspond with. Room was excellent and the view could not have been better. We hope to stay there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the whole family. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just a short walk to several of our favorite restaurants. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and being on the first floor made it so convenient to come and go. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again!
