We loved the house and the location! It was so close to the pool, tennis courts, trails and stores. Andy was super quick to all communication. Loved that it was pet-friendly! Would highly recommend!

Everything was in perfect shape for us when we arrived. It was decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed! It was a wonderful location also… Loved the golf cart and bike bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely visit in Watercolor and the property was fantastic. Clean, great kitchen, plenty of space, and everything we needed! Host communicated with us timely and we had no issues at all!

Week stay at As You Wish

Excellent property in a wonderful resort. Location was great and all the amenities were on point. The outdoor spaces were our favorite and there were plenty of options for everyone to find their own escape. We would stay at this property again.

We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again! The host was very responsive and kind to all our questions and also accommodated a special check out request. Just a note- vrbo states the check out is 11am, but in reality it is 10am instead.The location is amazing- very close to Camp Watercolor and can bike everywhere else, including beach club and Seaside. The golf cart is a great amenity also. Overall, lovely home, plenty of peaceful outdoor areas, very clean, and stocked too.

Everything was perfect. Great location and very responsive host. The only recommendation I have is to put some sort of shades/ curtains in the bunk room. The sun makes for a very early morning for the kids.

No crowds but all the amenities

Had a great family trip at a time when Watercolor is not crowded. Walking, biking, lazy river, pools at beach club. The golf cart was a great plus! House was clean. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and big swing on the front porch.

Beautiful house in great location

We brought our family (3 kids ages 9-17) to Watercolor and had an amazing time. The house was spotless and beautiful. Everything was a breeze and we will definitely return. We didn’t have any issues but they were super helpful in resources for rentals, etc. highly recommend

Wonderful stay and location

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, a short walk and even shorter bike ride into seaside. We loved that it was peaceful and quiet and away from all the activity. We rode bikes easily to the watercolor beach club everyday. The house has been totally renovated and had everything we needed. Our favorite was the ping pong table, and the swing on the front porch. The screened in back porch was great for outdoor meals. We would definitely stay here again!

“As you Wish” was perfect for our group of 8: 4 kids and 4 adults! Such an ideal location, less than 5 min walk to Camp Watercolor. The check in process was very smooth, loved the convenience of having the bikes and golf cart already at the property. Property manager was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. We all loved the pebble ice machine!! So many porches for hanging out and we would love to stay again!
