Villa Hilton Head de 3 dormitorios recientemente renovada ubicada en Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Villa Huntington de dos pisos con tres habitaciones, cada una con baño privado completo. Medio baño adicional en el piso principal. La cocina incluye nuevas encimeras de granito, gabinetes y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Amplia y espaciosa sala de estar renovada con un gran sofá y silla, un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD. El dormitorio principal incluye ropa de cama de diseño, un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y vistas a la laguna. Ropa de cama nueva en 2 dormitorios arriba. La renovación incluye nuevos pisos de baldosas, actualizaciones completas del baño y alfombras recién instaladas. Fácil acceso tanto a la piscina como a la playa. La puerta de entrada se encuentra a unos pasos de la piscina comunitaria y el porche trasero tiene una vista a la laguna con un pequeño muelle. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie.

Hi Charity, I'm glad you enjoyed this villas unique location in Palmetto Dunes. We are sorry about the bathroom issue. A previous guest broke the tile in the tub and we were under the understanding that our management company had repaired the tub. It is currently being retiled. I am unaware of the issue with the other bathroom you mentioned, and we was just there for Christmas. We also felt the paint color was feeling dated and hired painters while we were there last week, to give it a more current atmosphere.

Huntington paradise

We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation and location! The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was in the back of Huntington in Palmetto Dunes. It backed to the lagoon and was very near the pool. It was quiet and peaceful. Absolutely perfect for our family. We Will definitely be staying here again!

Our Happy Olace

Hilton Head is our happy place for big family vacations. From the owner communication to the property management company this rental went smoothly and they were helpful and informative. The unit was spacious with all the amenities to make family time together and eat in meals great. Loved the screened in deck for extra seating as well as canal views. Loved how close to the pool we were for all the young adults and babies on the trip. We would definitely stay here again !

Comfortably and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views and close to pool with short walk to the beach. Screened in patio among large oaks with view of the waterway in back. Great place to get away and enjoy nature but also close to great restaurants!

Charming Island Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo in Hilton Head! The space is exactly as pictured—clean, airy, and surprisingly spacious. The coastal décor and natural light make it feel so inviting and relaxing. The location is absolutely lovely, surrounded by beautiful palmetto trees that really add to the island vibe. It’s peaceful, yet close to everything you need—including the beach a short walk away and a pool just outside the front door, which made it perfect for both relaxing and having fun in the sun. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend for a stress-free getaway!

2023 Summer Vacation

We really loved the condo and location in Palmetto Dunes. It was just a short walk to the beach. The kids liked having the pool right across from us. We had four adults and three children ages 7 to 12. There was plenty of space in the condo for us all.

Location is perfect

We had a great time in Hilton Head as usual , love this island. The villa was clean and a short walk to the beach . My only issue was the appliances were very very old , in fact the toaster was so old & small that we had to slice the bread into half to make it fit . Also no baking sheets ,coffee pods , aluminum foil or even cooking oil in the VRBO . The linen in the bedrooms were nice but the mattress were not comfortable , i guess they need updating .

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the villa clean and conveniently located near the beach. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen appliances. The toaster was a replacement provided by our management company and we’ve replaced it with a sturdier one, as we were surprised by it too. While several of our mattresses are new, we understand that comfort can be subjective. We will continue to review our bedding based on guest suggestions. There are cookie sheets in the bottom drawer of the oven. Perhaps we need to move them to a more obvious location.

vacation 2025

the unit was fine, a little smaller than others we've stayed in. Our one gripe with the unit involves the front steps. After dark going down the steps was quite treacherous. as you are walking down the last step is very hard to visualize, to the point where 3 of us tripped going down. My daughter fell down but was OK, my wife smashed 2 of her toes and ended up getting them checked out in the emergency room the day after we returned home. the only other complaint was that we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tu but it was out of service all week.

Wonderful Villa!

We have stayed many places on HHI over the last decade. This villa was great! We love Palmetto Dunes. It's so beautiful and offers many amenities. The villa was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom having a full bath was a bonus! The outdoor porch overlooking the lagoon is so peaceful. We saw alligators in the lagoon twice but they didn't bother us. Fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and across the parking lot from the pool. The pool was plenty warm in early April and very enjoyable as was the beach. We did lots of biking within Palmetto Dunes and around the island. The villa was just as described and check-in was a breeze. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Thank you for the lovely vacation!

First experience staying in Hilton Head

This villa provides plenty of living space. We were two couples and utilized all 3 bedrooms. The proximity to the swimming pool/hot tub was great and it was a convenient walk or bike ride to the beach. Those were the pros to this villa. The unit needs some redecorating - the carpet is stained and worn as is the living room furniture. There were absolutely no provisions (staples such as spices and other basics (Covid?). The appliances (stove and microwave) were in need of repair and some features didn't operate at all. We ate most meals at the villa and found it difficult to cook b/c of the lack of good pots and pans. There is definitely a need to replace the grill - we had high expectations of using it but it was unusable. The walking path to the canal deck is slippery and not cared for and the canal deck is only of use to view the canal and not enjoy a drink on. There is a visiting alligator that we discovered on our first night so abided by the posted sign. The owner was notified of our experience and responded quickly. Overall, we felt that the location warranted the four star review but the villa really is in need of some tender loving renovations as it appears clean but worn. With a small amount of effort and investment, this villa could be a five star.

Hey Nanette, Thank you for letting us know about the grill. It has since been replaced and the carpets and furniture have also been cleaned. I'm not sure why you could not have a drink on the canal deck, there is room for a couple chairs and it can really be quite lovely to sit there. I am sorry if the steps were slippery (had it rained)? We have never encountered that issue, but will be sure to mention it to the condo association (the canal deck is in the common area). That's lucky that you got to see an alligator. We've only seen one about 4 times in our 6 years of owning the villa. Also, our co-owner happened to be in right after you and had a blast updating the bedding in all the bedrooms.

Love Palmetto Dunes and Huntington

Our family has vacationed in this same development in Palmetto Dunes for 32 summers. It is a short walk to the beach. While there is only one pool, it was never crowded. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a dishwasher issue. The kitchen could use a second garbage can because it fills very quickly being confined within the cabinets. The microwave would not allow you to press '0', but otherwise worked fine. The televisions need to be upgraded as there were not many channels to choose from, and I suspect most families have accounts to access Smart TV movies, shows, etc. This condo is steps away from the pool which is wonderful. We had a great time despite a few suggestions, and we would consider booking this unit again.
