Great place to stay with family!

Our family booked a short stay at Summer Beach 107. This place is bigger in person and was plenty of room for a family of 6, comfortable beds and living room for relaxing. Great access to the beach and pool, views from the balcony were great also. This condo had everything we needed for our stay, and they checked in with us once we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will be booking another stay at this place.

Amazing beach birthday!

The condo was sparkling clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfy! You could see the beach and ocean from the balcony. The beach is only footsteps away. The parking was so convenient and checkin and out was very easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This place is by far the nicest we have stayed in Ocean City.

My daughter and I spent several days here and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable and well outfitted. From the porch you can watch the sunrise. It’s right on the beach so it’s just a few minutes from the second floor condo to your favorite spot in the sand. It’s also within easy walking distance to a number of great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample parking with easy in/out access if you want to drive to area attractions or other restaurants.

Myself and 4 other family members stayed at the condo the week of 8/4/24. Beautiful condo. Fantastic location. Very clean and roomy enough for all of us (5 adults) to be comfortable. The views were amazing from the balcony and we loved that the beach was just steps away. So convenient. The host was extremely responsive to a few of our questions/concerns. Great place to stay. This condo has it all!! It is in an excellent location. We loved sitting out on the balcony and seeing the ocean and feeling the breeze! Just steps away each morning to the beach. The beach here is not as crowded as other areas because there are no high rise buildings nearby. We had everything we needed at the condo and it was super clean! The total package for a great beach getaway. Highly recommend! On a side note… go to Papi’s Tacos on 17th!!
