High end furnishings and newly remodeled living room and bedrooms will allow you to fully relax and enjoy your stay. Perfect location allows you to walk to Jolly Rogers, McDonalds, Higgins Crab House, Dry Dock 28, Fish Tales, Old Pro Mini Golf, Barn 34 and the boardwalk starts at 27th street just down the road

Renter agreement must be signed in order for arrival instructions and door code to be sent out

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
