Condo Balcony is CLOSED until first week of June as well as the pool. This renovated 2BR 2BA condo is perfectly situated on 29th street directly on the beach. Amazing views of the ocean and the bay. High end furnishings and newly remodeled living room and bedrooms will allow you to fully relax and enjoy your stay. Perfect location allows you to walk to Jolly Rogers, McDonalds, Higgins Crab House, Dry Dock 28, Fish Tales, Old Pro Mini Golf, Barn 34 and the boardwalk starts at 27th street just down the road

The Space:

Renter agreement must be signed in order for arrival instructions and door code to be sent out

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Fabulous view and stay!

This was a fantastic property on the 11th floor with an amazing view! The entire place was immaculate and well decorated. We were only there for two days but plan on coming back because we liked it so much worth every penny!

Great Views and So Comfortable

My family and I stayed for the air show this year. Although it was cancelled due to rain, the stay was still amazing. The views don't get any better! The condo had everything we needed, beds are firm but comfortable. Each room was exceptionally clean. My daughters and I played a few games that were provided while it rained. Location is perfect sitting in the middle of anywhere you would like to go. Would absolutely book again!

Great property

Family trip with beach as central point of interest. Location was with a spacious and recently renovated unit. Many amenities were available that were above and beyond our expectations. Including boardgames, kitchen tools, and even had a cart to help carry the towels and beach toys. View was spectacular. Needed to call maintenance for an issue, that was immediately addressed with excellent communication and timely resolution.
