Beautifully Remodeled Condo in the Perfect Beachfront Location

We are excited to be the new owners (June 2023) of this completely remodeled and updated condo.

This may be the best location on South Padre Island! Sea Vista Condominiums are right on the beach, on the south end of the beachfront developments and away from the crowds. To the south is undeveloped property, then Isla Blanca County Park, and the Jetty. Beach Park Waterpark (formerly the Schlitterbahn) is right close by.

This condo is on the sixth (top) floor, mid building, and directly facing the South Padre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Floor to ceiling windows across the living room and master bedroom offer spectacular views - Even the kitchen has a view!

This 1,050 SF 2-BR 2-Bath condo accommodates up to six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have full walk-in tiled showers.

The luxurious kitchen with quartz countertops and modern appliances is spacious, more than functional, and as you can see in the photos, absolutely beautiful!

Each bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs, with Spectrum Cable. Wireless internet (WIFI), secure and dedicated to this condo, is included.

From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right onto the beach. No streets to cross, no need to find parking. Just take the elevator down, and in just a few minutes, you'll walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.

Sea Vista is a secure fenced and gated complex, with ample unassigned parking.
Sea Vista has two swimming pools and two tennis courts - one is striped for pickle-ball.

The Condo was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for the two of us. Great views of the beach from the balcony and nice to sit out there and relax. The complex was extremely clean, and everyone who worked there was helpful and very nice. Quiet and laid back, and the beach was amazing! The host was great to deal with and responded quickly throughout the whole process. We would most definitely stay here again! Highlight of our trip was walking to Isla Blanca State Park to watch the rocket launch from SpaceX! It was a fairly quick walk down the beach from the Condo for an experience we will never forget!

BEAUTIFUL ocean side view!!! This was a perfect spring break get away for my wife and I and our son (10). The condo is spacious, was very clean, and had all the amenities (and plus some!) we needed. Easy and short walk to the beach. Felt very safe and lots of friendly people around. Check in and out was easy. Communication with the owners was great too. We really appreciated the binder of info and guide of favorite places to eat! We are hoping to stay again next year!!!

Great location, and beautiful view

My friends and I had a great stay here. The condo was super convenient for getting to the beach, and the view from the top floor was beautiful. The supply of beach chairs and towels was super helpful and the dining/living room had plenty of seating for our group to hang out.

Perfect hideaway vacation!!

Beautiful, relaxing property.

Top-notch Padre Island Condo

I spent three nights at this condo and had a great experience. It’s updated, very clean and has all of the amenities you would need. Great location too with good restaurants nearby. The owner, Becky, was very responsive and gave good instructions to make check-in easy. I would definitely rent this condo on my next trip.

Felt like home

This condo was exactly as advertised. Furnishings were comfortable and the condo was very tidy. Location was at the end of SPI, away from the hustle and bustle. The property offers private access to the beach and we never felt rushed to get to the beach to find a spot for the day. The owners have chairs and a wagon available for use which was so nice. We would happily stay here again if we return to the island.
