Newly renovated beach condo

This condo is beautiful and roomy. The views of the gulf from the expansive porch were phenomenal. Quiet building close to several great restaurants. The owners were quick to respond when we had a question. Wonderful trip would love to stay here again.!

Overall, an excellent two weeks in Indian Shores. The condo is beautiful, well furnished, Excellent location. The only issue we had, which the owner was not aware of, was beach replenishment going on during the first week nearby, so we needed to get around lots of equipment to reach the usable part of the beach. Fortunately, all that was cleared out at the end of the first week, so the remainder of the stay was flawless. Would love to stay there again.

IT WAS THE ULTIMATE ESCAPE

Everything about the property was outstanding and exactly as advertised. The many amenities made everything enjoyable and easy to accomplish. The only problem was getting check-in information. The initial confirmation email from VRBO said I would have it 3 days prior to check-in date. I got it from the property owner 6 hours before check in while driving to the condo!

As residents of a nearby town, we absolutely adore visiting the condo. It's just far enough away to feel like a vacation, yet close enough for convenient weekend getaways when it's available. We cherish our time on the beach with the kids and love ending the day with a relaxing dip in the pool. The community at The Rose is incredibly friendly, and we always look forward to making new friends with each visit. There's so much to explore in the area that we make it a point to discover a new place each time we come. Our mornings start perfectly with coffee on the balcony, and we enjoy evenings playing Yahtzee after witnessing the stunning sunsets.

We began visiting the Indian Shores area several years ago and quickly fell in love with the entire St. Pete region. There's always something exciting to do, with fantastic places to eat and enjoy live music. The area offers something for everyone. Beyond its beauty, it boasts a charming, quaint beach vibe that we absolutely adore.

Everyone who enters this space falls in love with it. They always comment on the beautiful renovations and the modern, classy decor that still retains a touch of beach charm. The colors reflect the sea, and the natural features give each room its own unique character. We are incredibly proud of the unit we’ve created and love spending time here with our own family.
