This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is on the fifth floor and is fully furnished and completely equipped including washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and in the third guest bedroom has both a double and twin bed. The primary bath has a whirlpool tub. The Gulf front balcony is accessed through the living room and primary bedroom. The unit has 2 TV's and a Dvd player. Minimum rental period is 14 nights. Enjoy the Gulf Side pool and sitting area.
Just south of Clearwater Beach and north of John's Pass fishing village. Across the street from one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach - Salt Rock Grill. Within several miles of restaurants on Indian Rocks Beach - Crabby Bill's, PJ's, and Jimmy Iguana. A mile further - Guppy's. Close to downtown St. Petersburg with world class museums and restaurants. Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Great place
The only negative point about this apartment is that the main office with the key is 20 minutes away. It was very inconvenient to drive back and forth with kids.

Hi Ruslana,
We do apologize for the drive to pick and drop off those keys. Our original office that was located on the beach was destroyed by the storms so we are temporarily located in Belleair Bluffs. We are hoping once an office becomes available, we will be back on the beach closer to the properties we manage. We hope this did not deter you and your family from enjoying your stay and having a memorable beach trip. You were great guests and we would love to host your next trip to the area!
