Your suite has a gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops, induction cooking, dishwasher and high end appliances. Spacious queen size master bedroom with his and hers closets.

2nd smaller bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.

Your living room has comfortable leather recliners, a real wood fireplace, large screen TV, Netflix and Apple TV. Oriental carpets and antiques. You have a private patio for your Xanadu morning coffee.

A Wonderful Place to Get Away from It All

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything needed for an extended stay. Communication with Jane (the host) was excellent. The grounds of Xanadu Estate are beautiful and well maintained. I hope to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I love seeing the eagles fly over, and the deer come to visit. The property is quiet and private. Yet, we are only a few minutes drive to Mill Bay Centre for shopping. There are 21 wineries in the area, gourmet restaurants, wonderful hiking trails.
Cowichan means the Warmlands. We have warm winters with gentle rain. Come and escape frozen winter!

Xanadu Estate is a unique 11 acre estate surrounded by green hills, forests and looks out to Salt Spring Island and the ocean. It is private, quiet and has stunning views!
