Paras 3 BR: n vuokra Puntasissa, yhden korttelin päässä hiekkarannalta. Penthouse tarjoaa huippuluokan kaiken. Kaunis alkuperäinen taideteos, 1200-prosenttisesti valmis yksityinen kattoterassi, uima-allas, surffilaudat ja rottinki- / pajuhuonekalut. Tämä on unelmavuokraus perheille (pakkaa ja pelaa, syöttötuoli ja rattaat Penthouse-alueella), surffaajille, sukellus sukeltajille, syvänmeren kalastajille, zip-linja / ekomatkailijoiden harrastajille, ratsastajille, ystäville ja golfarille. Se sijaitsee Puntasin sydämessä, muutaman askeleen päässä Tamboosta, Casa Verdestä, uima-altaista ja 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä maailmankuululta hiekkarannalta. Kattohuoneisto sijaitsee 6 yksikön rakennuksen 3. ja 4. kerroksessa (valmistunut vuonna 2011). Alakerrassa on kaunis edessä parveke (korituoli, tuolit, sohva ja pöytä Karibian yli), joka aukeaa upeaan huoneeseen, jossa on 50 tuuman HD-televisio (määritetty Netflixillä) ja uusi rottinki / koritupakka. Kolme makuuhuonetta nukkuu 7 korkealaatuisissa vuoteissa (kuningatar päälliköllä, täynnä toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja uusi käsin rakennettu täysi / erillinen kerrossänky kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa); kaksi kylpyhuonetta alakerrassa, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, kaikissa huoneissa on suuret upouudet, tehokkaat AC: t (vaikka merituulen ja kattotuulettimien kanssa niitä tuskin koskaan tarvitset) ja erinomainen WIFI-peitto; Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruokailuvälineillä, keittiövälineillä ja mausteilla. Suuri osa huonekaluista on käsin veistettyjä puita ja kaikkialla on alkuperäisiä taideteoksia. Sisältää maalatun seinämaalauksen kattokerroksessa. Puhallettu queen-vuode tarjoaa ylimääräisiä nukkumismahdollisuuksia isommille osapuolille, jos siitä on aiemmin sovittu.

Yksityiseen kattokerrokseen pääsee olohuoneessa olevista sisäisistä kierreportaista, ja se on yli 1200 sf, kylpyhuone yläkerrassa, katettu märkä baari, iso kaasugrilli, 8-paikkainen ruokapöytä, kiesitiloet, riippumatto, rakkausistuin , lisäistuimia ja trooppinen puutarha, joka levisi ympäri. Katolla on stereot, joissa on telakointiasema ja huippuluokan äänijärjestelmä. Mukana ovat myös rantatuolit, naamarit, snorkkeli, evät, boogie-levyt, frisbee ja jäähdytin.

Great communication throughout the process. This unit was very close to several beaches abd restaurants within walking distance. The unit was clean and well maintained. The rooftop deck wasa huge bonus and we soent a lit of time up there.

Excellent property & location

The condo was great! The location is perfect ..walking distance to Sandy Beach and Pools & to great restaurants! There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. The roof top space was amazing!

We absolutely loved this place. The penthouse is huge, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. The AC worked great, the WiFi was solid, and the kitchen is actually set up so you can cook real meals, which we appreciated.The private rooftop deck is the star of the show. It’s massive, has plenty of seating, a grill, a hammock, and gorgeous ocean views. We spent so much time up there—morning coffee, sunsets, you name it. It really feels like your own private getaway.The location is perfect… just a block from the beach, close to great restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to so many incredible spots around the island.The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the space. Coolers, beach gear, games—it’s all there and made settling in super easy. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and the place was spotless when we arrived.We’d come back in a heartbeat. Truly one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. If you’re thinking about booking it, do it.

Wonderful property!

The penthouse unit was perfect for us! The private rooftop deck (which is the size of the entire condo) provided a wonderful space for us to eat, relax, and just hang out. The minute walk to the beach is easy and the surf racks on the side of the building were so convenient. The property manager kindly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Stay

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family of 2 adults and 3 teens had plenty of room. Ines was helpful and accommodating. Rooftop deck, nice pool and very short walk to restaurants and Sandy Beach were some of the highlights. We would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in this penthouse. We've stayed in Rincon before but with a group of 5 of us, we needed a larger place. We knew the location would be perfect but the actual rental was perfect too. Good kitchen, amazing upper level, good beds and bathrooms. We will return!!

Best House in Rincon!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The rooftop was amazing! House very clean with lots of amenities(beach chairs, towels etc) Prior to our stay, the host provided us with very thorough checkin instructions and detailed beach/restaurant recommendations! The property manager was also very helpful! This house def gave us a true puerto rica experience unlike the typical resort hotels in the east! Loved the uncrowded beaches and the topography! We cant wait to come back!

wonderful stay...too short!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner(Adam) and property manager(Ines) were amazing and willing to answer any questions we had. Ines even taught us about how to help care for the adorable stray cats my boys befriended. The condo is convenient to numerous restaurants and beaches. Steps beach is great snorkeling and we saw lots of big and little fish. My boys learned to surf with Kia, a great instructor from the place on Sandy Beach and we all caught waves at Domes Beach for 2 more days. All the restaurants listed in the info packet are as described and wonderful. The English Rose is definitely worth a trip for brunch and the view. The drive to the waterfalls is also worth it. And Crash Boat beach is worth the drive if you have anyone who may enjoy jumping off a sketchy pier into beautiful, clear, deep water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. A/C cooled the rooms within minutes. The rooftop is amazing and a great place to read/relax/nap in the late afternoons or evenings. We didn't want to leave and hope to come back.

Chasing Waves With Our Son

We had a wonderful time exploring the island and Adam's home proved to be a great home base. The condo was just as described. It was furnished with everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and fun. We had plenty of room to spread out and LOVED the roof top area. The view from the roof was made for a peaceful spot to begin our day and unwind at the end of the day while dinner cooked on the grill. I also want to mention Ines, the property manager, was a delight. She was generous with her knowledge of the local area and so kind to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our surf vacation was one we will cherish.

This is the one

It’s a truly fantastic rental. The location in Rincón is superb for beaches, surfing and restaurants. The penthouse suite rooftop is utterly breathtaking and the home is sparkly clean with very comfortable beds. Ines, the property manager, goes above and beyond. Her local knowledge, surf wisdom and genuine kindness make her a gem. Adam is very responsive and my husband and teens loved his quiver of surfboards and body boards. I loved the comfy beach chairs, extra sun hats and amenities. It’s very safe, the pool is clean with a great temperature and parking is secure. You’ll thank your lucky stars when you select this one.

West Coast Paradise

From the minute we started researching the West Coast of PR, Adam was open and honest about the best places to vacation, best access to beaches, best family spots, etc. He didn’t promote his place above others or sabotage other spots and really helped us make the most of our trip. Upon arrival, Ines was fantastic and gave us updates until the villa was ready, hooked us up with rental boards and racks from the on-site quiver, and gave us more fun tips about good spots along the coast. Trip was amazing, locals and business owners were all super friendly, and villa was perfect with pool, outdoor showers, and complete rooftop outdoor living space. We’ll be back, for sure.

Best 3 bedroom rental in Puntas!

I was a little nervous about going after Maria, but I am so glad we did. The penthouse was exactly the way it was since the last time I was here in February, but the views are even better. The unbelievable reseller people who lived through are happier everyday more power and internet come on. As for the penthouse, it had electricity (not fro. The generator) and water and we downloaded movies before arriving so we watched them on the big new TV (which was not here last time). Also said internet will be back on the 4th. All regular Puntas restaurants were open (pools, Tamboo, casaverde) except Saltairre. The waves were great and it felt good to support the local community who is thrilled to have tourists returning.

Awesome Puerto Rico trip

We had an amazing stay at the sandy beach condo. It looked just like the pictures and the views honestly took our breath away. It is a very short walk to the beach, which we all loved. 3 people of the 5 in our party surf, so it was also a short drive to Maria’s and domes beach, which were gorgeous surf breaks and they had a great swell, so everyone had a wonderful time. My teenagers loved meeting people at the restaurant big kahuna right next door and there was even some night life within walking distance. The restaurants within walking distance were yummy and everything was super accessible to Rincón. The beds were comfortable, the ac units worked great and the front porch was a good surprise with pretty morning views and comfortable furniture. The rooftop is a huge highlight and we chose to spend a lot of time up there lounging, eating dinner and having a drink at the end of the day. Ines was lovely and super responsive. As a fellow surfer, she also took the time to give us advice about surf spots, which really went above and beyond. All in all, great spot. We would absolutely come back and stay again. Thanks to the owners!

Perfect Location

This condo is the perfect location on Sandy Beach and is just outside of the more bustling Rincon area, which we loved. We enjoyed the low-key feel of the neighborhood, which had a laid-back, beach-town vibe that we adored. There are plenty of options to walk for a bite to eat, or to enjoy the night-life, in addition to the amazing beach days. Sandy beach has the perfect rolling waves for beginning surfers and a surfboard rental company right on the beach with friendly employees. Rincon is only 10min away for additional access to other beaches and groceries. We loved staying here and if we ever go back to PR, would certainly consider this west-coast location!There were a few things about the accommodation that I felt could be better. I would suggest the house could use more and updated kitchen gear for the price paid. We have a large family and part of the reason we stay at short term rentals is for the economy of cooking our own meals-- we got by, but it could be much improved. It would also be nice if there had been some liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and a blowdryer for the hall bathroom. The tiny, round motel hand soap cakes don't really cut it. Also laundry soap would have been appreciated, as this is a beach and we needed to launder beach towels and clothing during the week. For the price paid, these items should be complimentary to guests, in my opinion.Overall we loved the area and the host was easy to communicate with.

Simply Perfection!

We booked Adam's place for our first trip to PR for a last minute surf trip. Entire experience was by far one of the most pleasant I have had - especially traveling to a destination for the first time. Adam was easy to deal with and and was very responsive to all of our questions. The property manager was over the top helpful and kind to my family and me. Cant say enough about how much she helped set the positive tone for our stay with her kindness and abundance of local knowledge - from where to eat, where to surf and a BUNCH of other things. She was so accommodating - she was even able to secure a guitar for us to use during our stay. Adam's quiver of boards has all the bases covered... the ability to rent boards from the owner was just one of the things that these folks do to make the experience that much more enjoyable.. they have plenty of beach chairs and other beachy stuff available to utilize which was also very convenient. The house is perfect - everything you need for a comfortable stay... We spent most of our time while at the house up on the roof top patio... its like have a huge rooftop living room - with a bathroom and kitchen up there... amazing views during the day and at night. Really cant say enough about how grateful we are to have found this property and the people who own/manage it. We will definitely be back! Thank you both for making this a perfect experience!!!! Hidden gem!

Family of 5 (3 boys age 8-16) enjoyed all this condo had to offer! We arrived late and check in instructions were clear and easy-Ines kept in touch leading up to and during our trip, grocery shopping for us, recommending restaurants and making sure we had a great time! The generator power and Wifi kept us well connected; kitchen and linens well stocked. Washer & dryer worked great and we really had no complaints. Location is ideal-close enough to town, but just across from the prettiest and quiet beach. We had days with big waves, others with calm waters. Convenience store and Big Kahuna were perfect for a snack or cold rum punch. Jake's Java was great for morning coffee and delicious acai bowls. Would recommend to anyone who loves the beach, laid back vibe. Pool was also a big hit with the kids.

Very relaxing beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at Adams house in Rincon. It was more than enough space for the three of us and I appreciate it having a bathroom off the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped including the best selection of spices I have ever seen in a rental. To me the best feature of the house was the spacious rooftop deck with its high-quality furniture. Unfortunately, there was very little shade making it difficult to enjoy the space for much of the day. We would love to stay at this property again!

Great except shower

We enjoyed our stay but navigating the shower was impossible. It was either too hot too cold or off. Property manager was excellent at staying in touch and very attentive.

Perfect Vacation

Adam’s place exceeded our expectations And was the perfect place for our family of 5- we loved it! Walking distance to Sandy’s and short drive to Domes. Walked to most restaurants for dinner. We would Love to book again next year!

Great Visit

We had a great visit over Christmas. The unit was the perfect size for us and our extended family. The location was convenient to the beach and local restaurants and the property manager was helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing overall experience!

Couldn’t have had a better experience! The place is in right spot with spectacular views from the rooftop living space with skies to die for at night! The rooms are comfy and clean and whole place immaculate! Close to all the great surf spots and places to eat! The owner and manager are spectacular to deal with even brought crutches when my husband got injured!❤️ Cannot rave enough about the place and all that it entails! Can also rent great boards to surf the waves only a block away!

After vacationing in Rincon as much as possible since 2005, we got sick of lugging surf boards down every time and constantly looking for the perfect place in Puntas. So when a brand new unit with a private roof deck, pool, killer ocean views and one block from Sandy Beach came available right where we wanted to be, we couldn't resist. Then we made the place beautiful so we can just relax when we are down there. Since I work full time with limited vacation, this dream is a reality as long as we rent it a few times a year.

The place is a dream for surfers, SCUBA divers, deep sea fishermen and women, and families. A practically private pool with Gazebo, deck chairs, covered dining area, outdoor shower, and bathroom provide a relaxing space for those with families. If you are looking for nightlife, you are right next to Casa Verde and one block from Tamboo. The World famous Sandy Beach is one block down hill and you can see the break from the front balcony, the roof deck, living room and master bedroom. Private gated parking means surf boards can stay on the car! Finally, to make it easy there are 4 great surf boards, 3 sets of masks and snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, Bluray surround sound AV system with Ipod containing a 1200+ song library, HD 32' TV with 137 TV channels and every cooking necessity you could possibly want. What makes this home is the 1200' private roof deck with covered wet bar, bathroom, grill, dining for 6, and the ability to entertain up to 30. Everything in the house is new, top quality and beautiful.
