Condo was very clean, host was great and view was amazing. The only thing that I suggest with the condo is the outdoor patio furniture. Adirondack chairs only and some were broken, maybe high chairs and table to be able to enjoy the view from patio. Other than that everything with condo was excellent. Now majestic bldg itself had a lot to be desired. Waiting 20-30 for elevator and then a 3 mile hike to parking garage is not for us. Yes stairs are available but with groceries and luggage not possible. If that doesn’t bother you the condo and host experience was great!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 4 star review! We’re thrilled to hear you found the condo clean, enjoyed the amazing beachfront view, and had a great experience with us as your host. We also appreciate your suggestion about the balcony furniture. That’s very helpful feedback, and we’ll certainly look into upgrading the patio seating so guests can relax and enjoy the incredible Gulf views even more comfortably. We understand that the elevators and parking garage layout can be challenging during the busy summer season. While those are resort-wide features outside of our control, we truly appreciate your understanding and are glad they didn’t take away from your stay in our condo. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you back on your next trip to Panama City Beach!

Wonderful Beach View

Very noisy when windy and elevator noise were disruptive. Other than that it was excellent.
