I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing hair dryer and the screen door. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I always strive to go above and beyond to ensure my guests have a seamless and comfortable experience, and I am truly sorry that these issues impacted your stay. The hair dryer was first brought to my attention on Christmas Eve, and I immediately apologized and offered for you to purchase one locally with full reimbursement, but I did not receive a response. I followed up the day after Christmas, at which point you mentioned you had not purchased one, so I personally hand-delivered hair dryers to the condo. Additionally, I offered to send a repair technician to address the screen door during your stay, but that offer was declined. I deeply appreciate your feedback, as it helps me continue to provide attentive and thoughtful service to all my guests. I hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We’re sorry to hear about the missing hair dryer and toiletries. We do our best to keep these items stocked; however, the hair dryer has unfortunately had to be replaced numerous times due to it being removed by prior guests. That said, had we been made aware during your stay, we would have immediately coordinated with our cleaning team to resolve this for you. The hair dryer issue was mentioned by our last guest during their stay as well and they were replaced immediately. Regarding the stairs, the condo is located on the third floor, which is noted in the listing, though we certainly understand how carrying luggage can make this more challenging.
