This apartment has all the amenities you will need. Orleans is a very nice town with Restaurants and shopping. We also have both Nauset Beach for the waves and body surfing along with Skaket Beach for small waves. Come and experience one of the best towns on Cape Cod!

Very clean and cozy place! Great host. Very easy check in and check out process. Close drive to Orleans, Wellfleet or Chatham. Nice little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property and Karen, the host, were outstanding. We loved the location, so close to Nauset Beach and other nice beaches as well as quick access to Eastham and Wellfleet. Karen was wonderful, so accommodating and helpful. The unit was quite spacious and it had absolutely everything we needed from the kitchen, to a lovely closet/dressing room with lots of hangers and drawers to unpack. The bed and couch were super comfortable which was nice after a long day at the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again, it was a 10!

I think this is the best Cape rental we have had with VRBO. Our host Karen was spot on and the rental space had everything we needed including bright fluffy orange towels, a good shower, a kitchen that was well-equipped and a living room with A/C, as was the bedroom, which kept us cool in 90 degree weather. Good to Excellent on everything. And it was quiet, save for the usual contractors cutting the grass next store one day!

Three night stay

We were very happy with our accomodations. The apt was well furnished and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the cleanliness. The apt was built with quality in mind. We had complete privacy even though the owner lives in the attached house. We hope to stay here again.

This was a really great and comfortable place to stay. Their kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook and the place was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I thought was missing was shampoo and conditioner but I later found that under the bathroom sink. The host was nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Exceeded in all areas!

Visited Cape Cod to watch the 2025 Cape Cod All-Star and several Orleans Firebirds games. Location was six minutes from Eldredge Park and within a mile of the heart of the town. Private and clean. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and Karen was phenomenal as a property manager. We could come and go as we pleased, and Nauset Beach was a six minute drive away as well. Karen also brought us firewood when we wanted to make s’mores in the fire pit after cooking dinner. Washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dish washer made it feel like home. Private parking and great hospitality. Would love to stay here again!

This property was exactly as described. It was spotless when we arrived and communication process was easy. The host was very nice and was available for questions but left us to ourselves. Well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to lots of restaurants, beaches, attractions. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!
