Las tres habitaciones están diseñadas para ofrecer vistas espectaculares del frente del Golfo y las ventanas del piso al techo y las puertas del patio le permiten a usted y a su familia aprovechar al máximo las increíbles vistas de las arenas blancas como el azúcar y las hermosas aguas de color esmeralda del Golfo de México. I love this condo and would book it again. It has 2 separate balconies overlooking the pool and beach. The layout is fantastic! There’s a covered garage and loading area with carts. This unit is right off of the lobby which makes it easy to access.

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The location of the condo and the property was perfect, more than enough room for the 5 of us ( with 3 teenagers) and very clean, seamless checkin.

Beautiful Property!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Pool is great and beach service fantastic. Wish the beds weren’t so hard and linens were of better quality but I understand people destroy things. Over all though loved it!! Would highly recommend! Will be back!!

Better then the pictures

Location was great. Incredible view of the pool and beach. Easy access to the beach. Very comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 great. Pictures don’t do it justice. Will stay here again!

Fabulous Family vacation

Perfect! The place was perfectly located for us. Everyone was helpful and avaialble when I needed them. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great space for our family. We had 2 parents, 2 teenagers and 2 adults. I was able to cook the meals I wanted too and come and go as we needed to with no difficulty. It was a fabulous family vacation.

Wonderful!

This is a great property for a small group of people. We had 4 adults, a 6-year old, and 2 year old. It was perfect for a get away. The master bed was very comfortable, and we loved that most rooms had a view of the beach! The only minor con was there wasn't any coffee filters for the coffee pot, but no big deal. We had to go to the store anyway! Would definitely recommend staying.

Location and amenities were great. Pool was clean and uncrowded. Our outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived and we had to take the previous tenants trash to the curb our first night. The condo itself needs some updating. One chair in living room is broken, you fall forward as you try to get up. Other chairs and sofas are dirty and stained and need cleaned or replaced. The dining table has a 4 inch gouge in the center which was covered with a tray. We had to call about plumbing 3 times, two toilets did not work properly. The garbage disposal sprayed out water all over the kitchen and had to be replaced. The beds were way too soft. If all these things were repaired or replaced it would be a nice comfortable condo.

great view and beach access, numerous complaints

Six women have been meeting yearly for 40 years, so we have stayed in many different rentals. The 3 BR/BA space was good and the view and beach access was excellent. We also enjoyed the decks, pool, and hot tub. However, we found this to be one of the most poorly appointed rentals ever. If you are traveling by car or staying a couple of weeks, then you can take or purchase everything you need, . We flew in for 4 nights and really did not want to go to the expense of setting up for housekeeping. There was only enough dishwasher detergent for 2 loads, only enough paper products for 2 nights, no foil and plastic wrap, no coffee filters, no trash bags, minimal towels, etc. The DVD player did not work and there were no games or puzzles for rainy days. The paint was worn (scratches/chips) and the furniture was broken down to the point that someone with back problems could only sit in one of the deck chairs (even dining room cushions so soft that we hit the wooden frame around the edges). The rug was frayed where tile meets living room carpet--a tripping hazard. We recognize that this is a rental unit that at one time looked trendy and attractive, but the owners need to come in regularly to make this place welcoming for those that have to fly in or who are staying for a long weekend.

Best Spring Break Ever

From booking to check out this was a stay worth 5 stars. The condo had everything we needed except groceries. Very clean and honestly a bargain at the price. The only con we had was the cable didn’t work right some days, but not that big of deal since we were out and about most of the time. Seriously great property.

Beautiful property - all bedrooms have gulf access!

Very nice property. Couple of small things - no hair dryer in the unit, but we own a property marketed through HomeAway, and people walk off with things. Otherwise, beautiful, comfortable, easy access from garage and parking. Thanks.
