The space
The space of my unit is well thought out. While only a 500 sf garage apartment, the apartment features a newly renovated kitchen with studio size: refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, disposal, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The space is highly efficient with a window AC/Heater. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, coffee machine toaster and basic cooking pots/pans/oven safe casserole pans and more. I try to keep the rental stocked with fresh coffee grounds and tea. Large closet in the bathroom. If you're visiting Houston to hang out indoors, or have plans to explore our wonderful city, you're sure to feel very at home here. The unit has a 50” TV with ROKU in the bedroom and an HDMI cable making it easy to connect to your laptop etc. A baby gate is available upon request for puppy dogs. Our shower is high pressure- great to cool off in after a long Houston summer day! Cars larger than a crossover (Honda CRV SIZE) must park on the street to avoid damage to their vehicle. Low clearance parking space.

Laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers located directly below the building for easy access, no coins!
Other things to note
We provide basics like paper towels, toilet paper and soaps for short term stay. Water bottles, coffee and tea.
Guests with dogs will incur an additional $50 charge. Please inform me if you plan to bring a dog.
