Our family of 4 (two teens) were very pleased with this property. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and comfortable beds were a favorite! All amenities included, I was not in need of any kitchen item. Neighborhood quiet and safe. I like the opportunity to lock the gate which kept our car secured. Washer and dryer very helpful and large backyard is perfect for a large dog. The orange tree in the back was a nice addition. All new appliances were also very nice. Only issue was the garage is too small for our Tesla, model 3. We were able to park the car on the property with a locked and secure gate. Target and Walmart are close by and Close to freeway too. We would stay here again.
Loved how nice and clean everything was in the house definitely will stay here again

Very well appointed home. Wonderful communication with our host. Absolutely will return since CIF state meet is held nearby for XC and Track. Happy we found this gem.
My wife and I were traveling for work and this was the perfect place for us. We travel with two German Shepards both service animals. Spacious backyard for them. Home was nice and had everything we needed.
Enjoyed relaxing here after a long 17 hour drive from Idaho. Service dog enjoyed the big backyard when not working. The owner even included a pooper scooper, thank you!
We booked this home for 5 days and we loved it. It was very comfy and it was perfect for four individuals (2 adults and 2 kids). The kids had fun running in front of the yard and I felt better because it wasn’t fenced. It’s a great neighborhood. The neighbors are nice. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home.
This was our first visit to Fresno, CA, and we were pleasantly surprised. While the neighborhood features older homes, the owner did an excellent job remodeling the interior, which was the most important factor for us. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and furnished with modern decor, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless—easily the smoothest I've experienced when renting a home. We would definitely stay here again!
The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive.
We had a queit comfortable stay in this property.
Masato is prompt with his communication.👍👏
The kitchen is well appointed. I cooked a lot of great meals with ease! The new LG washer and dryer were the best! The TV is huge.
My dog loved hanging out in the backyard too!
Thank you! Your place was just right for our stay. Fresh, cean and comfortable.

Nice clean home. Area looks a little sketchy and had us a little worried but the locked gate helped some. The garage is not big enough for a standard car to park in so we had to park in the driveway the whole stay. Other than that the home was what we expected and nearby where we needed to be. We never received any checkout instruction we just checked out like we would any other place.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This property is just okay — and overpriced for what you get. Cleanliness: Looks fine at first glance, but the bathroom is stained and cracked, and the yard was full of old dog poop. Clearly not deep-cleaned in a long time, my white socks were brown after walking around.Condition: Cheap bedding, chipped baseboards, scuffed walls, and screws sticking out where art used to be.Pests: The three cans of Raid left on the fridge say it all. Roaches and spiders were an issue.Safety/Location: The street itself is mediocre (boarded-up house across the road), but the surrounding area is rough. Gunshots at night weren’t uncommon, and I arrived to find the back door doesn’t lock and every window unlatched. The good: The A/C works, my catalytic converter didn’t get stolen, and I won’t be staying here again.
