Perfect place to get away and enjoy the peace Kauai! Quite space, with all amenities listed! Kitchen stocked with everything you need to stay in! Perfect view of the ocean, and listening to the waives will put every worry aside! Clear directions and communication with the host! It was our first trip to Kauai and our condo ended up being in the perfect spot! It’s half way to everything on the island. The condo had absolutely everything we needed in it. Bed and pillows super comfy. If I had to find any negative it was the sand chairs need to be replaced, very minimal.

The sound of the ocean was so peaceful. The property has lots of beautiful landscaping and song birds. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Word of caution: you will hear the neighbors and the water pressure in the shower is very low. All that aside we would definitely stay here again!

A lot of attention to amenities - TV is mounted on a swivel and appliances look brand new - and the best mattress I've slept on away from home.

Beach getaway

It was the perfect home base to spend your vacation outside everyday enjoying the beach and the pool at the property. Very quiet except for the chickens.

Charming...Cozy...Quiet

This is our second time staying at Kapaa Sands. This was a different unit we stayed in yet absolutely adore this property. We love the small beach cove area!! My fiance surprised me with an engagement proposal on that little cove!!! We have found a special place here. It is well kept, both the grounds as well as the units. We love the remodeled units, it keeps the "local" charm and feel!!
